Թե՛ համաճարակը, թե՛ Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմն առողջապահական համակարգի համար ծանր էին․ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի ուղերը՝ Հայկական բժշկական համաշխարհային 13-րդ համագումարի մասնակիցներին

Առողջապանության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն ուղերձ է հղել Հայկական բժշկական համաշխարհային 13-րդ համագումարի մասնակիցներին։

Իր ելույթում նախարարը նշել է, որ COVID-19 համավարակը աննախադեպ հարված էր առողջապահական համակարգի համար, որը մատնանշեց համակարգի թույլ կողմերը, բայց նաև օգնեց հասկանալու մեր հնարավորություններն ու կարողությունները:

«2020 թվականը մարտահրավերներով լի տարի էր ողջ աշխարհի համար, բայց Հայաստանի համար հարվածը կրկնակի էր . թե՛ համաճարակը, թե՛ Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված 44-օրյա պատերազմն առողջապահական համակարգի համար դժվարին և ծանր էին: Այժմ մենք մոտենում ենք 2021 թվականի ավարտին, և այս տարին ևս բավականին խրթին էր` հաշվի առնելով հետպատերազմական դժվարությունները, համաճարակի նոր ալիքը և պատվաստումային արշավը:

Վստահաբար, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը միայնակ չէր կարողանա հաղթահարել այս մարտահրավերը։ Համերաշխությունն ու միասնությունը առանցքային են եղել առողջապահական համակարգի առջև ծառացած դժվարություններին դիմակայելու համար։ Այն առատաձեռն աջակցությունը, որ Հայաստանն այս ընթացքում ստացել է հայկական սփյուռքից, իսկապես ուշագրավ է։ Մենք մշտական կապի մեջ ենք եղել Սփյուռքի կազմակերպությունների հետ և ստացել զգալի նվիրատվություններ և դիմավորել բազմաթիվ բուժաշխատողների, ովքեր այս ընթացքում օգնեցին Հայաստանի և Արցախի մեր բուժաշխատողներին, ինչը մեծ գնահատանքի է արժանի:

Հետադարձ հայացք գցելով մեր առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին՝ մենք այժմ ավելի լավ վիճակում ենք՝ գնահատելու համակարգում առկա բացերը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարությունն այժմ Սփյուռքի ներգրավվածության ռազմավարության մշակման գործընթացում է՝ նպատակ ունենալով Սփյուռքի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները դարձնել ավելի ընդգրկուն և համակարգային»:
