Գեղարքունիքում գողացել են բարձր լարման տակ գտնվող երկաթուղու կոնտակտային ցանց․ 5 ժամով դադարեցվել է բեռնատար գնացքների շարժը․ ՀԿԵ

Այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 4-ին անհայտ անձինք Սևան-Ծովագյուղ երկաթուղային հատվածում գողացել են 120 մետր կոնտակտային ցանց՝ կտրելով 3000 վոլտ լարման տակ գտնվող լարը: Վերականգնողական աշխատանքները տևել են 5 ժամ, այդ ընթացքում դադարեցվել է բեռնատար գնացքների շարժը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերությունը, դեպքի մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ոստիկանություն, որի ներկայացուցիչները ձեռնարկում են օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։

«Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերությունը զգալի նյութական վնաս է կրել։

«Երկաթուղու գույքի գողության և վնասման դեպքերը գնալով հաճախակիանում են և դառնում վտանգավոր։ Եթե նախկինում գրանցվել են երկրորդական ուղիների լարման տակ չգտնվող կապի մալուխների կամ կոնտակտային ցանցերի գողության դեպքեր, ապա այս դեպքն աչքի է ընկնում գործողությունների անխոհեմությամբ։ Բարեբախտաբար  զոհեր և վիրավորներ չկան, իսկ երթեւեկությունը ժամանակին դադարեցվել է։

ՀԿԵ-ն քաղաքացիներին կրկին զգուշացնում է երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքում անվտանգության չափանիշների խախտման վտանգի մասին։ Երկաթուղային համակարգերի աշխատանքին վնասակար միջամտությամբ քաղաքացիները վտանգում են ոչ միայն իրենց առողջությունն ու կյանքը, նրանց գործողություններից կարող են տուժել նաև երրորդ անձինք»,– ասվում է ընկերության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։

«ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ-ն  հանդիսանում  է «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ-ի դուստր ընկերություն և իրականացնում է Հայաստանի երկաթուղային համակարգի կոնցեսիոն կառավարումը: Համաձայն 2008 թ. փետրվարի 13-ին Երևանում կնքված պայմանագրի՝ կոնցեսիոն կառավարման ժամկետը կազմում է 30 տարի՝ կողմերի փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ ևս 10 տարի երկարացման իրավունքով:
