Այս տարվա սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբերից Հայաստանում ծխախոտը 3-4 անգամ թանկանալու է. Դավիթ Պետրոսյան

Ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարը Հայաստանում նոր երևույթ չէ: Այսօր Ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրվան նվիրված ասուլիսին հայտարարեց ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարի խորհրդական Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը՝ նկատելով, որ դեռևս 2004 թվականին ՀՀ վավերացրել է միջազգային հակածխախոտային շրջանակային կոնվենցիան՝ մշակված ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից: Նա նաև հավելեց, որ 2005 թվականին ՀՀ ընդունել է ծխախոտի սահմանափակման, տարածման մասին օրենքը, որով արգելվեց արտաքին:

«1990 թվականին 15 տարեկան և ավելի մեծ տղամարդկանց թիվը կազմում էր 63%, 10 տարի հետո հետազոտությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ թիվը 10%-ով պակասել է, սա խոսում է, որ գործիքներ ազդել են, սակայն մարդը չի կարող նկատել, որ ծխողների թիվը 10 տոկոսով պակասել է: Հիմա երիտասարդների մեջ մեծացել է թիվը, որոնք նախընտրում են չծխելը, իսկ ծխող դեռահասների տոկոսը պակասել է: Եթե ես հիմա ասեմ, որ չեն ծխում, քանի որ մտահոգված են, սուտ կլինի, քանի որ իրենց ապագա հիվանդություններով չես վախեցնի: Բանն այն է, որ մենք հիմա ավելի բաց երկիր ենք ու նկատում ենք, որ ծխելն այլևս մոդայիկ չէ»,- ասաց Պետրոսյան:
ՀՀ Ամերիկյան համալսարանի «Զուարթ Ավետիսեան Օնանեան» առողջապահական ծառայությունների հետազոտման և զարգացման կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող Արուսյակ Հարությունյան շեշտեց, թե ծխելը պարզապես վատ սովորություն չէ, այլ հիվանդություն է: Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ օրենսդրական դաշտի հետ կապված խնդիրները կարգավորվել են, սակայն դեռևս թերի է ծխախոտային կախվածության դեմ բուժման ոլորտը:

«Ծխելը որակվել է վատ սովորույթ, մարդու ընտրություն, ապրելակերպի ընտրություն: Սակայն հիմա ծխելը մնում է հիվանդություն, ցանկացած բժիշկ, բուժաշխատող դրան պետք է վերաբերվի այնպես, ինչպես հիվանդություն կբուժի, այսինքն՝ ախտորոշի, բուժի և այլն: Այս մոտեցումը ՀՀ-ում ներդնելու համար 2014 թվականին մեր կենտրոնը ստացել է դրամաշնորհը և իրականացնում ենք, բժիշկներ կրթում՝ ծխախոտային բուժման առումով: Երբ ծրագիրը սկսեցինք ուսումնասիրել, հասկացանք, որի ոլորտում ուսումնասիրություն չկա, թե ինչ կարծիքի են բժիշկներն, ինչ մոտեցումներ ունեն»,- շեշտեց Ավետիսյանը:

ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարի խորհրդական էլ հավելեց, որ ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետ միջոց համարում է գների բարձրացումը.«Ամենաարդյունավետ մեթոդը ծխախոտի գնի թանկացումն է, և Հայաստանում ծխախոտը 3-4 անգամ թանկանալու է այս տարվա սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբերից սկսված»,- շարունակեց Պետրոսյանը:

Սակայն Արուսյակ Հարությունյանը ծխախոտի գների հարցում մի վտանգ է տեսնում՝ նրա համար հարց է, թե բարձրացված գինն ի՞նչ ոլորտի մեջ է ներդրվելու:

«Եթե գները բարձրանալու են ու խեղճացնեն ծխող մարդուն, ապա սխալ է, ո՞ւր է գնալու գումար, գնալու է առողջապահական ծախսերին»,- եզրափակեց նա:
