Դոն Պիպոյի սպանության փորձը նախապատրաստած խմբի անդամներն օգտագործել են այլ երկրի հեռախոսաքարտեր. պարզվել է գումար տրամադրած անձի ինքնությունը

ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացվում են ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ` պարզելու առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություն՝ սպանություն նախապատրաստած խմբի բոլոր անդամների, պատվիրատուի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը։

Քննության արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, սպանության նախապատրաստմանը օժանդակած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ում նկատմամբ մայիսի 27-ին հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում։ Վերջինս մայիսի 30-ին հայտնաբերվել է Տավուշի մարզում և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Ազգությամբ հայ, 1989թ. ծնված տղամարդուն այսօր ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչը մեղադրանք է առաջադրել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-35-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ, 8-րդ կետերով ՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից, պատվերով սպանության նախապատրաստմանն օժանդակելու համար և միջնորդություն ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։ Նշենք նաև, որ օժանդակության մեջ մեղադրվողը 2007 թվականից գտնվել է հետախուզման մեջ՝ զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելու մեղադրանքով։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից՝ պատվերով, անձի սպանության նախապատրաստության, զենք-ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու համար մայիսի 27-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 հոգու՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ, 8-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության նախապատրաստության համար անհրաժեշտ փոխադրամիջոցը ձեռք բերելու նպատակով խմբի անդամներին գումար տրամադրած անձի ինքնությունը, և որ խմբի անդամների միջև հաղորդակցությունն ապահովելու նպատակով օգտագործվել են այլ երկրի բջջային օպերատորների հեռախոսաքարտեր։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցող անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
