Աֆղանստանը` քաղցի առջեւ

Քաղցից լաց լինող երեխաներն այսօր շատ են Աֆղանստանում: Միջազգային կազմակերպությունները հայտնում են, որ եկող մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում այս երկրի մոտ 23 միլիոն բնակչության կեսը կկանգնի սովի առջեւ:
Այս մեկ ընտանիքում իրենց աշխատանքն են կորցրել հայրը, մայրը, որդին ու դուստրը:

Չորս տասնամյակ շարունակված պատերազմներն այս երկիրը դրել են անհույս իրավիճակի մեջ: Մինչեւ Թալիբանի կողմից իշխանությունը վերցնելը, Աֆղասնստանի պետական բյուջեի երեք քառորդը ապահովում էին միջազգային դոնորները: Այժմ այն զրկվել է դրանից: Բացի այդ, ԱՄՆ-ը սառեցրել է Աֆղանստանին պատկանող մոտ տասը միլիարդ դոլարի ֆինանսական ակտիվները: Երկրի տնտեսությունը կանգնած է փլուզման եզրին:

Համաշխարհային սննդի ծրագիրը 100 միլիոն դոլար է ստացել Աֆղանստանի համար: Ինչպես կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչն է ասում, այն բավարար չէ: Մինչեւ ձմեռ հակարվոր կլինի եւս հարյուր միլիոն, ասում է նա, ում խոսքերով, սովից փրկելու համար 2022 թվականին անհրաժեշտ կլինի եւս 300 միլիոն դոլար:

Աֆղանստանն այժմ աշխարհում մարդասիրական ամենամեծ ճգնաժամի մեջ հայտնված երկիրն է: Միայն օրվա հացը ստանալու նպատակով հատկացվող օգնությունը չի կարող փրկել մարդկանց, որոնք չգիտեն, թե ինչպես են դիմագրավելու ձմեռը:
