Ֆիզուլիում Ալիևի և Էրդողանի մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցավ նորակառույց օդանավակայանի բացումը

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիբ Էրդողանի գլխավորած ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակությունն այսօր ժամանել է Ադրբեջան: Նրա ինքնաթիռը տեղական ժամանակով 13:15-ին վայրէջք է կատարել Ֆիզուլիի նորակառույց միջազգային օդանավակայանում:

Թուրք հյուրերին դիմավորել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը: Էրդողանի մեկօրյա աշխատանքային այցը նրա հրավերով է կատարվում:

Երկու նախագահները մասնակցել են օդանավակայանի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը, կտրել կարմիր ժապավենը և ստացել հուշանվերներ՝ օդականավայանի խորհրդանշական բանալիները:

Էրդողանին այցի ընթացքում ուղեկցում են Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարներ Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն և Հուլուսի Աքարը, տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Ադիլ Քարաիսմայիլօղլուն, նախագահի աշխատակազմի հանրության հետ կապերի վարչության ղեկավար Ֆահրեթդին Ալթունն ու մամլո քարտուղար Իբրահիմ Քալընը:

Սա 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Էրդողանի թվով երրորդ այցն է Ադրբեջան:

 

Առաջին անգամ նա անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Բաքվում ներկա է եղել ադրբեջանական բանակի «հաղթանակի զորահանդեսին», որին մասնակցել են նաև թուրքական ստորաբաժանումներն, ապա 2021-ի հունիսի 15-ին Շուշիում Ալիևի հետ ստորագրել է դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ հաստատելու հռչակագիրը:

Էրդողանի երրորդ այցի նախօրեին պաշտոնական Անկարան հայտնել է, որ Ֆիզուլիի օդակայանը չափազանց կարևոր է տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական զարգացման համար:

«Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան միասին ամեն ինչ կանեն այդ տարածաշրջանի բնակչության բարեկեցության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու և տնտեսությունը հզորացնելու համար»,- հավաստիացրել է Էրդողանի վարչակազմը:

Ֆիզուլիի օդանավակայանի կառուցումը սկսվել է այս տարվա հունվարի 14-ին: Իլհամ Ալիևը փետրվարին ասել է, թե շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել աշնանը: Օդանավակայանից առաջին փորձնական չվերթն իրականացվել է սեպտեմբերի 5-ին:

Ալիևն ասել է, թե Ֆիզուլիի օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղին կունենա ցանկացած տեսակի, այդ թվում` գերծանր օդանավեր ընդունելու հնարավորություն:

Ադրբեջանը մտադիր է կառուցել ևս երկու օդանավակայան՝ մեկը` Լաչինում, մյուսը` Զանգելանում: Ալիևի փոխանցմամբ, Զանգելանը «պետք է վերածվի խոշոր լոգիստիկ կենտրոնի»:

Էրդողանի այս այցի օրակարգում կարևոր տեղ ունի նաև Զանգելանը: Երկու նախագահներն այնտեղ մասնակցել են «Խելացի ագրոպարկի» հիմնարկեքին: Ագրոպարկը, որն անվանել են «Dost»` թարգմանաբար «Ընկեր», կառուցվելու է Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ: Ապա նախագահները ծանոթացել են Ահմեդբեյլի-Ֆիզուլի-Շուշի ճանապարհի կառուցման ընթացքին, ինչից հետո էլ մասնակցել են Հորադիզ-Ջաբրայիլ-Զանգելան-Աղբենդ ավտոճանապարհի հիմնարկեքին:

Անկարան և Բաքուն այդ ճանապարհն անվանում են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»: Թուրքիայի նախագահի դիմավորման պաշտոնական արարողությունը տեղի է ունեցել Զանգելանի շրջանի Բիրինչի Աղալի՝ թարգմանաբար Առաջին Աղալի անվամբ բնակավայրում, որտեղ զինվորական նվագախումբը կատարել է երկու օրհներգերը, և պատվո պահակախումբը ողջունել է նախագահներին:

Ալիևն Էրդողանին և թուրք պաշտոնյաներին ցուցադրել է հատուկ տաղավարներում ներկայացված այդ գյուղի վերակառուցման հատակագծերն, ինչից հետո երկու ղեկավարներն առանձնացել և քննարկել են համագործակցությունն ընդարձակելու հնարավորությունները և տարածարջանային ու միջազգային ընթացիկ զարգացումները: Այդքանով Էրդողանի Ադրբեջան կատարած մեկօրյա այցի օրակարգը սպառվել է:
