Թմրամիջոց իրացնող տղամարդ է կալանավորվել. ոստիկանության բացահայտումը (տեսանյութ)

Քրեական ոստիկանության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները ստացել էին թմրամիջոցների իրացման վերաբերյալ հերթական օպերատիվ տվյալները, որոնք իրացնելիս համագործակցեցին ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և Կենտրոնական բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների հետ: Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Երևանի Սարյան փողոցից, թմրամիջոցներ ձեռք բերելու, պահելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով, ոստիկանները բերման եթարկեցին Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ, 42-ամյա մի տղամարդու՝ «Օպել» մակնիշի մեքենայով հանդերձ: Խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվեց ավելի քան երկու գրամ ափիոն, իսկ մեքենայից` 31 և 3,5 գրամանոց փաթեթներ` նույն թմրամիջոցով:

Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում հարուցվեց քրեական գործ, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ 42-ամյա տղամարդուն թմրամիջոցներն իրացրել էր Արարատի մարզի 40-ամյա մի բնակիչ: Նա նույնպես բերման ենթարկվեց ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ու ձերբակալվեց:

Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ ոստիկանության ԹԱՇԴՊ վարչության, Արտաշատի բաժնի ու Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ծառայողները 40-ամյա տղամարդու բնակության վայրում իրականացրին խուզարկություն: Հայտնաբերվեց տարբեր տրամաչափերի 24 փամփուշտ: Նա կալանավորվել ու տեղափոխվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
