Պատերազմից տուժածների բուժման համար նոր կենտրոն է բացվել

Արցախյան պատերազմից տուժածների վերականգնողական խնամքը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու և բժշկական ծառայությունների ապակենտրոնացումն ապահովելու համար առողջապահության նախարարության և «Ազնավուր» հիմնադրամի գործակցությամբ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնում բացվել է ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական վերականգնողական բաժանմունք:
 
Այդ առիթով առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը մասնակցել է «Համակցված վերականգնողական բուժման ապահովում հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանում» թեմայով մամուլի ասուլիսին:
 
Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել Ֆրանասիայի կառավարությանը, ի դեմս նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի, Հայաստանի բարեկամներին` պատերազմի ընթացքում և հետպատերազմական շրջանում Հայաստանին տրամադրված հումանիտար աջակցության համար, որը հետագայում վերածվել է երկարատև ծրագրերի.
«Վանաձորի կենտրոնը համակցված վերականգնողական կենտրոն է լինելու` ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական վերականգնողական ծառայություններով, որն ամբողջությամբ ծառայելու է զինվորների ընթացիկ բուժմանը»:
 
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնը կստանա 12 միավոր վերականգնողական սարքավորում, որի մի մասն արդեն տեղադրվել է։
 
Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վահագն Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ երկար տարիներ այդ ոլորտը մարզերում մի փոքր անտեսված է եղել, իսկ այսօր ֆրանսիացի և ֆրանսահայ գործընկերների, ինչպես նաև առողջապահության նախարարության աջակցության շնորհիվ վերականգնողական ծառայությունները հասանելի կդառնան ինչպես արցախյան պատերազմից տուժած, այնպես էլ` վերականգնողական բուժման կարիք ունեցող մյուս քաղաքացիների համար:
 
«Ազնավուր» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Քրիստինա Ազնավուրն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ անկախ նրանից, որ Հայաստանից հեռու են, հիմնադրամը Հայաստանի կողքին է և մտահոգ առկա խնդիրների լուծմամբ:
 
Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Անն Լույոն իր հերթին նկատել է. «Մենք աշխատում ենք ուս-ուսի, որպեսզի հրատապ օգնությունը վերածենք երկարատև և կառուցողական աջակցության, որպեսզի ամրապնդենք ՀՀ առողջապահական համակարգը»:
 
Նշենք նաև, որ ծրագրի շրջանակներում հայ մասնագետները հնարավորություն կստանան վերապատրաստվելու ֆրանսիացի փորձառու բժիշկների դասընթացների շրջանակներում։
Ծրագրի իրականացումը հնարավոր է դարձել Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի և եվրոպական հարցերի նախարարության ճգնաժամային աջակցության կենտրոնի մասնակցությամբ։
