Արարատի մարզի Դալար գյուղի 20-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացու սպանության կասկածանքով․ ՔԿ

2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 16-ին՝ ժամը 00:45-ին, «Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոն»-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի առաջային մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած, ձախ բազկի կողմնային մակերեսի կտրած վերքեր, գլխի գագաթային շրջանի պատռված արյունահոսող վերք ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է ընդունվել  մի երիտասարդ, ով գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների և ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ տուժած երիտասարդի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Արարատի մարզի Դալար գյուղի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1991թ., դեպքի վայրը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով տուժած երիտասարդի համագյուղացին է՝  20 տարեկան: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ համագյուղացուն սպանելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

Կասկածյալի մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին տուժողի և կասկածյալի հագին եղած հագուստները, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու, հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող առարկան հայտնաբերելու նպատակով հանձնարարություն է տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
