Օրեր առաջ լրատվամիջոցներում մեծ տարածում գտավ տեղեկությունը, որ Հայաստանում ձախողվել է քրեական հեղինակություններ Վստրեչի Ապեր մականվամբ Արամ Վարդանյանի և Դոն Պիպո մականվամբ Արթուր Ասատրյանի սպանությունները:

Նկատենք, որ խոսքը գնում է ոչ թե սպանության փորձի, այլ նախապատրաստության մասին, քանի որ քրեական գործը հարուցվել է հենց 35-104-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, որի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի, եւս մեկի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել հետախուզում: Նախաքննական մարմինն առայժմ ձեռնպահ է մնում գաղտնազերծել մեղադրյալների ինքնությունը կամ մանրամասնել գործի հանգամանքները` քննությանը չվնասելու պատճառաբանությամբ: Սակայն դատելով առաջադրված մեղադրանքների վերաբերյալ պաշտոնապես հրապարակված տեղեկությունից` խոսքը գնում է պատվերով սպանության մասին, որը վերաբերել է մեկ անձի: Այսինքն` պատիրատուին հետաքրքրել է հեղինակություններից միայն մեկի սպանությունը, քանի որ մեղադրանքը առաջադրվել է 35-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ եւ 8-րդ կետերով, այն է կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից շահադիտական նպատակներով, պատվերով անձի սպանության նախապատրաստություն : (Եթե քրեական գործով խոսքը գնար երկու անձի սպանության մասին, ապա մեղադրանք կառաջադրվեր նաեւ դրա համար, ինչը չկա): Կարող ենք փաստել, որ կալանավորվածները բուն կատարողներն են` պատվեր ստացածները, իսկ պատվիրատուն առայժմ դրսում է:
