Բավրայի մաքսակետի պետն ու ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրենը կալանավորվել են (Ֆոտո)

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու, կաշառքի միջնորդության եւ առեւտրային կաշառք ստանալու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կալանավորվել են ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ Բավրայի մաքսակետի պետ Ե. Մ.-ն ու մաքսային միջնորդական /բրոքերական/ ծառայություններ իրականացնող ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Ա. Է.-ն:

ՀՔԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերի համաձայն, մի շարք կազմակերպությունների տնօրեններ, աշխատակիցներ եւ ֆիզիկական անձինք, մաքսային միջնորդական ծառայություններ իրականացնող ՍՊԸ-ի աշխատակիցների միջնորդությամբ համաձայնության գալով ՊԵԿ մաքսային ծառայության պաշտոնյաների հետ, վերջիններիս անձամբ եւ միջնորդների միջոցով կաշառք են տվել իրենց օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու` ապրանքները ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված մաքսային արժեքից ավելի ցածր սակագնով մաքսազերծելու եւ դրանց արտահանման համար օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված արժեքից ավելի ցածր սակագնով վճարում կատարելու համար:

Այսպես, նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Բավրայի մաքսակետի պետ Ե. Մ.-ն կաշառքի դիմաց, ապօրինի` առանց օրինական փաստաթղթերի, խախտելով մաքսային օրենսդրության պահանջները, թույլատրել է ապրանքի արտահանումը: Բացի այդ, քննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցներով հիմնավորվել է նաեւ, որ ՊԵԿ-ի հիշյալ պաշտոնյան ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ ձեռք է բերել եւ ապօրինի կերպով պահել ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող գործարանային արտադրության 35 մարտական փամփուշտներ:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության եւ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի եւ տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված համատեղ օպերատիվ եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից Բավրայի մաքսակետի պետն ու մաքսային միջնորդական ծառայություններ իրականացնող ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրենը 25.05.2017թ.-ին ձերբակալվել են:

Կաշառք ստանալու, ինչպես նաեւ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ պահելու համար Բավրայի մաքսակետի պետին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով: Իսկ ՊԵԿ պաշտոնյայի կողմից կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելու համար մաքսային միջնորդական ծառայություններ իրականացնող ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-311-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան` վերը նշված անձանց նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Ե. Մ.-ն եւ Ա. Է.-ն կալանավորվել են:
