Պատվաստումը և թեստավորումը պետք է լինի անվճար

Past.am-ը գրում է՝

Առողջապահության նախարարությունը տարբեր մեթոդներով փորձում է երկրում խթանել պատվաստման տեմպը, սակայն բնակչությունը այդպես էլ չի ցանկանում պատվաստվել՝ պատվաստումներին տարբեր հակափաստարկներ ներկայացնելով։ Այս թեմայով Past.am կայքը զրուցել է բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Պետրոս Անանիկյանի հետ։ 

- Պարոն Անանիկյան, ի՞նչ քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկել Հայաստանում պատվաստումները խթանելու համար։

- Առաջին հերթին առողջապահության նախարարությունը այս հարցին պետք է մոտենա մասնագիտորեն, այսինքն այսօր մի շարք երկրների ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ այն մարդիկ ովքեր արդեն վարակվել են կորոնավիրուսով և լավացել են, իրենց օրգանիզմում արդեն ունեն կայուն իմունիտետ և իրենք պատվաստման կարիք չունեն։ Երկրորդը այն է, որ պատվաստումը պետք է լինի լրիվ կամավոր և առհասարակ այդ պատվաստման կարիքն ունեն 55-60 տարեկանից բարձր մարդիկ։ Երիտասարդները և երեխաները այդ հիվանդությունը ավելի հեշտ են հաղթահարում, դա ևս ապացուցված է միջազգային ուսումնասիրություններով և իրականում նախընտրելի է, որ երիտասարտները վարակվեն, ապաքինվեն և վիրուսի դեմ իմունային համակարգ ձևավորեն։ Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր 55-60 անց են և չեն վարակվել կարծում եմ անհրաժեշտ է պատվաստվելը, բայց դա էլ պետք է լինի կամավոր սկզբունքով։ 

- Վերջերս նաև քննարկվում էր նախագիծ, որ նրանք, ովքեր չեն պատվաստվել և հիվանդացել են պետք է բուժում ստանան վճարովի հիմունքներով։ Այս որոշմամբ արդյո՞ք նախարարությունը կարող է պատվաստման տեմպն ավելացնել։

- Իրականում այս մոտեցումը ավելի ճիշտ է, քան մարդկանց պատվաստվել ստիպելը։ Ժամանակին ես դա առաջարկեցի։ Եթե հիվանդը չի ուզում պատվաստվի և վարակվում է ապա, իհարկե, ինքը պետք է պատրաստ լինի վճարովի հիմունքներով բուժվի և այդտեղ որևէ խնդիր չկա։ Ես համարում եմ, որ պետության պարտականությունները դրա մեջ է, որ ինքը պարտավոր է և անվճար պատվաստի և անվճար թեստավորի, բայց եթե ուզում են ֆիքսվեն պատվաստման վրա, ապա այո բուժումը կարող է լինել վճարովի։ Բայց իրականում նորից կկրկնեմ, որ պատվաստումը անհրաժեշտ է 55-ից բարձր տարիքում գտնվող մարդկանց համար, քանի որ երիտասարդները շատ հեշտ են հաղթահարում հիվանդությունը։ Հայաստանի վիճակագրությունն էլ ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք պատվաստումից գրանցված մահվան դեպքեր շատ քիչ ունենք և եթե չեմ սխալվում ապա համաշխարհային ստատիստիկայով Հայաստանում գրանցված դեպքերը կազմում են 0,3 տոկոս, իսկ դա բավականին ցածր թիվ է, և օրինակ ավտովթարներից այսօր ավելի շատ մարդ է մահանում քան պատվաստվելուց։ Պանդեմիայից արդեն անցել է 1․5 տարի ժամանակ, և մեր նախարարությունը պարտավոր էր մշակել ստույգ բուժման մեխանիզմ, որը պետք է լինի տնային պայմաններում հասանելի, այսինքն մարդը գնա դեղատնից գնի իրեն անհրաժեշտ դեղերը, և տանը ընտանեկան բժշկի հսկողության տակ ստանա բուժում։ Իրականում այդ բուժումը այդքան էլ թանկ չի և կարծում եմ հնարավոր է նաև տան պայմաններում բժշկի վերահսկողության տակ ստանալ բուժում։ Եթե չեմ սխալվում խոսքը մոտ 30000-35000 հհ դրամի մասին է։
