Փաշինյանն՝ իմ, Ալիևն իր ԱԱԾ պետի միջոցով իրար փակ ծրարներ են փոխանցել. Արթուր Վանեցյան

«Փաշինյանն՝ իմ, Ալիևն իր ԱԱԾ պետի միջոցով իրար փակ ծրարներ են փոխանցել»,- այս մասին 24TV֊ի «Հարցազրույց» հաղորդման եթերում նշեց ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը։

Անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Փաշինյանի՝ օպերատիվ կապի  վերաբերյալ ԱԺ-ում արված հայտարարություններին՝ Վանեցյանն ասաց, որ վարչապետն իրականում դիմում է մանիպուլյացիայի։
 
Հարցի պարզաբանման համար մեր զրուցակիցը սկզբում բացատրեց, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում օպերատիվ կապը՝ նշելով, որ դա նախատեսված է եղել միայն սահմանային միջադեպերի համար․Հայաստանի կողմից կապը ապահովել է այն ժամանակ դեռ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը, իսկ Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ նրա պաշտոնակիցը։
 
Բանախոսը  մանրամասնեց՝ նշելով, որ իր գործընկերոջ հետ հիմնականում հեռախոսային կապ է պահել և համապատասխան իրավիճակներում էլ մի քանի անգամ հանդիպել են Դուբայում և մի քանի այլ քաղաքներում։
 
Ըստ Վանեցյանի, խոսակցության հիմնական նյութը եղել է բացառապես սահմանային իրավիճակը և այդ մասին ամբողջ ծավալով զեկուցվել է ինչպես վարչապետին, այնպես էլ Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներին՝ Արտաքին գործերի և Պաշտպանության նախարարներին։                                                                                                                                          
Հարցազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև Վանեցյանի և նրա ջոկատի մասնակցությունը Շուշիի պաշտպանությանը, ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև ընդդիմության պայքարի գործիքակազմերին։
 
Վանեցյանի համոզմամբ, մենք հիմա ապրում ենք մեր պատմության ամենաողբերգական շրջաններից մեկում և հազարավոր զոհերից, հայրենիքի կորստից հետո ոչ մի կերպ չենք կարողանում ուշքի գալ, ինչից հետևում է, որ գործող իշխանությունը պետք է հեռանա, և պետության վերականգման գործը պետք է ստանձնեն պրոֆեսիոնալ մարդիկ։
