Այսօր կապիտուլյացիայի սիմվոլը խորհրդարանում հերթական անգամ ստել է, խեղաթյուրելով իրեն բաժին հասած բանակցային ժառանգության էությունը. Շարմազանով

Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Այսօր կապիտուլյացիայի սիմվոլը խորհրդարանում հերթական անգամ ստել է, խեղաթյուրելով իրեն բաժին հասած բանակցային ժառանգության էությունը։
 
Դեռևս 2020-ի հոկտեմբերի 14-ին հրապարակավ ասել եմ՝ Հանրապետականն ապագա կապիտուլյանտին ժառանգել է Ազատ ու Անկախ Արցախ, բանակ ,որը հենց ինքն անվանում էր մարտունակ ու տարածաշրջանում խնդիր լուծող,Վիեննայի ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հայանպաստ օրակարգ, որը նա մսխել է։
 
Ավելին, այս ամենի մասին ուղիղ ասել եմ նաև նրա հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում։
 
Իսկ ի՞նչ բանակցային ժառանգություն է իրականում Հանրապետական իշխանությունը նրան թողել։
 
2008-2018թթ. Հայաստանը նախ և առաջ բանակցել է կարգավիճակի հարցը։
 
Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը բազմիցս նշել է, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում։
 
ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների՝ Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահները 2009-2013թթ. արել են 5 հայտարարություն, որոնց համաձայն Արցախի ժողովուրդն ունի պարտադիր կամարտահայտության իրավունք՝ առանց սահմանափակման։
 
2016-ի Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը ստիպված ստորագրել է Վիեննայի ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հայանպաստ հայտարարությունները։
 
2016-ի հոկտեմբերին Ալիևը հայտարարում է, թե «իր վրա ճնշում են գործադրում, որ ճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը»։
 
2020-ի պատերազմից հետո ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Պոպովը ,քաղաքական ապտակ հասցնելով կապիտուլյանտին հայտարարել է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի բանակցած փաթեթի համաձայն Արցախը ստանալու էր սկզբում միջանկյալ, իսկ այնուհետև վերջնական կարգավիճակ՝ առանց որևէ սահմանափակման։
 
Քարվաճառն ու Լաչինը մնում էին մեր վերահսկողության տակ մինչև Արցախի վերջնական կարգավիճակի տրամադրումը։
 
Ի դեպ,ամիսներ առաջ նույն բանը հաստատեց կապիտուլյանտի «կառուցողական» գործընկերը»։
 
Իսկ ամենակարեւորն այն էր,որ այդ ամենն արվելու էր առանց որևէ պատերազմի և զոհի։
 
Հիմա ասեք ինձ՝ սրանից ավելի հայանպաստ հարցի լուծում եղե՞լ է։
 
Իհարկե՝ ոչ։
 
Իսկ ի՞նչ արեց այս «փորձանքը»։
 
Հրաժարվեց հայանպաստ բանակցային ժառանգությունից, Ալիևին «կառուցողական» համարեց, Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ սադրիչ հայտարարությամբ մեզ ներքաշեց կործանարար պատերազմի մեջ, հազարավոր նահատակների պատճառ դարձավ, պատերազմի սկզբում հրաժարվեց ռուսական խաղաղապահներից, հոկտեմբերի 19-ին մերժեց Պուտինի ՝պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկը, հանձնեց Հադրութը, Շուշին, Թալիշն ու Արցախի մեծ մասը,ստորացվեց թշնամու կողմից ու «թաքուն» կնքեց կապիտուլյացիան։
 
Հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում հերթական անգամ «ծնկի եկավ» թշնամու առաջ՝ ստորագրելով մի թղթի տակ, որտեղ գերիների վերադարձի մասին խոսք չկար։
 
Եթե այսքխնից հետո նա դեռ խոսում է,ուրեմն՝ մեզ հասնում է։
