ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը զգուշացնում է հաճախորդներին հեռախոսազանգերի միջոցով խարդախությունների մասին և կոչ է անում պահպանել բանկային տեղեկատվության գաղտնիությունը

Վերջերս կտրուկ աճել է հեռախոսազանգերի միջոցով բանկային խարդախությունների թիվը: ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի թիմը մշակել է բոլոր ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները` հաճախորդների բազայի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը պաշտպանելու համար: Այնուամենայնիվ, ամենից հաճախ նման խարդախությունները կարող են առաջանալ բացառապես հաճախորդի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ, քանի որ վերջիններս, առանց գիտակցելու, կարող են նպաստել ինտերնետային խարդախության իրականացմանը:

Քարտային հաշիվներից միջոցների ելքագրման փորձերի  խարդախության դեպքերի աճի հետ կապված՝ Բանկը խորհուրդ է տալիս հաճախորդներին քարտի մնացորդի կամ քարտի արգելափակման, ինչպես նաև գործարքի իրականացման ընթացքում առաջացած խնդիրների վերաբերյալ՝ «բանկի աշխատակիցների» անունից կամ, իբր, ՎՏԲ Բանկից անհայտ համարներից զանգեր և հաղորդագրություններ ստանալիս՝ ոչ մի դեպքում չզանգահարել հաղորդագրություններում նշված հեռախոսային համարներին, չտրամադրել անձնական և բանկային քարտերի տվյալներ: Հարկավոր է հիշել, որ Բանկի աշխատակիցները.

  • չեն ճշտում բանկային քարտի համարներ, քառանիշ PIN կոդ և քարտի հակառակ կողմում նշված ստուգիչ կոդ;
  • չեն պահանջում SMS հաղորդագրություններով ստացված կոդեր կատարված «խարդախ գործարքները» չեղարկելու համար.
  • չեն առաջարկում գումարներ փոխանցել հատուկ հաշիվներին:

«Բանկի աշխատակիցների» անունից նման հեռախոսազանգերի ստացման դեպքում Բանկը կոչ է անում լինել զգոն և ոչ մի դեպքում չտրամադրել բանկային քարտի տվյալներ. գործողության ժամկետ, քարտի հակառակ կողմում նշված կոդ, հաստատող SMS հաղորդագրություններ, ինչպես նաև անձնական տվյալներ՝  անձնագրային սերիա  և համար, գրանցման հասցե: Նման դեպքերում անհրաժեշտ է ընդհատել հեռախոսազանգը և հետ զանգահարել բանկային քարտի հետևի մասում նշված համարին կամ Բանկի Կոնտակտային կենտրոն՝  87-87 հեռախոսահամարով:

Հաճախորդների միջոցներն անվտանգ պահելու նպատակով՝ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը հորդորում է ցանկացած բանկային տվյալ կիրառելիս պահպանել գաղտնիություն: Բանկային քարտի տվյալները հաղորդակցման հարթակներում  (մեսինջերներում)  կամ հաճախորդի անձնական հեռախոսահամարին գրանցելու խնդրանքով կասկածելի հաղորդագրություններ ստանալիս՝ Բանկը կոչ է անում հաճախորդներին անզգուշությամբ չբացահայտել իրենց բանկային տվյալները, չտրամադրել բանկի քարտերի տվյալներն անհայտ կամ կասկածելի ծագման կայքերին, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական ցանցերի անհայտ օգտատերերին, կասկածելի անձանց, ովքեր պահանջում են կատարել քարտից քարտ փոխանցումներ, ինտերնետ- բանկինգից օգտվելիս՝ չպահել իրենց տվյալներն անծանոթ կայքերում, ինչպես նաև որոնողական համակարգի հիշողությունում:

Հաշվից միջոցների ելքգրումներ հայտնաբերելու դեպքում պետք է անհապաղ դիմել Բանկին:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի համար առաջնային հարց է յուրաքանչյուր հաճախորդի ֆինանսական անվտանգությունը:
