«Կապիտուլյանտ» բառը հունից հանեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, իսկ բառն օգտագործողին Ռուբինյանը հայտարարեց նկատողություն (տեսանյութ)

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից ի պատասխան «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանի հարցին՝ կրկին հայտարարեց՝ պատերազմում ամեն ինչի մեղավորն էլ, պատասխանատուն էլ ինքն է: «Հարյուր անգամ եմ ասել»,- ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանը նշեց, թե ինքը եղել է Ստեփանակերտում ու հրավիրել է խորհրդակցություն, լսել է մարդկանց կարծիքները, թե ինչ կարող են անել իրադրությունը փոխելու վերաբերյալ:

«Հնչել են առաջարկներ, ես էլ խնդրել եմ, հանձնարարել եմ, որպեսզի զինվորականները գնահատեն առաջարկներն ու կայացնեն որոշում: Զինվորականները քննարկել են, կայացրել են որոշում ու ինձ զեկուցել են որոշման ընթացքի մասին»,- ասաց նա:

Վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ անընդհատ Լելե Թեփեի մասին ասում են, բայց ինքը ոչ մի անգամ այդ անունը չի տվել:

««Լելե Թեփե» օպերացիա, նման հասկացություն չի եղել, այդ հետո է մտել պրոպագանդիստական նկատառումներով, թե, իբր, ես ասել եմ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը 2016 թվականին կորցրել է, ինձ համար դա ունի քաղաքական նշանակություն, գնացեք Լելե Թեփեն վերցրեք, որ դիվիդենտ առաջանա, դա կատարյալ անհեթեթություն է»,- ասաց նա:

Արձագանքելով այն մտքին, որ ինքը պատերազմը չի կանգնեցրել, որպեսզի իրեն դավաճան ու կապիտուլյանտ չասեն, բայց միևնույն է՝ այդպես են դիմում, Փաշինյանը նշեց, թե ընդդիմությանն ավելի շատ դավաճան ու կապիտուլյանտ են անվանում ու ընտրությունները դրա մասին են վկայում: «Ձեր դավաճան ու կապիտուլյանտ լինելու մասին, կարծում եմ, առաջիկայում ավելի մանրամասն քննարկումներն կունենանք»,- վրդովվելով՝ ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, թե հոկտեմբերի 7-ի առաջարկն ընդունվել է, պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել, որի արդյունքով Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը Ադրբեջանի ու ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարների հետ ստորագրել է փաստաթուղթ, որը հրապարակվել է, որը հանրության կողմից լայնորեն ողջունվել ու ընդունվել է, բայց Ադրբեջանը չի կատարել:

«Այսինքն՝ ես չեմ հասկանում, էս ամեն ինչը դուք, իրոք, չգիտե՞ք: Ձեզ թվում է, որ ձեզ համար իրականություն եք ստեղծել... Լելե Թեփե հասկացությունը ձեր մտացածին քարոզչական, կներեք արտահայտությանս, հնարքներ են, որոնց սնանկությունը ընտրություններով երևաց»,- հոխորտաց Փաշինյանը:

Այդ ընթացքում Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը նկատողություն հայտարարեց Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանին:
