Թբիլիսիի բնակարանի սեփականատիրոջը, որում թաքնվում էր Սաակաշվիլին, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

 

Թբիլիսիի բնակարանի սեփականատիրոջը, որում թաքնվում էր Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին, պաշտոնապես մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, հաղորդում է Վրաստանի Գլխավոր դատախազությունը:

Քննության շրջանակում, որը վարում է Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ն, հաստատվել է, որ բերման գիտեր, որ Սաակաշվիլին հետախուզվում է հայրենիքում ծանր հանցագործություններ կատարելու համար, և չնայած դրան՝ 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ին նա տրամադրել է բնակարանը՝ թաքնվելու նպատակով, հաղորդում է «Սպուտնիկ Գրուզիա»-ն:

Այդ բնակարանում հոկտեմբերի 1-ին հայտնաբերվել էր Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին:

Նույն օրը բերման էր ենթարկվել նաև բնակարանի սեփականատերը: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ծանր հանցագործության մասին չհաղորդելու հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, ինչը պատժվում է 1-4 տարի ազատազրկմամբ:

Վրաստանի երրորդ նախագահը բերման էր ենթարկվել Թբիլիսիի բնակելի թաղամասերից մեկից՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ի երեկոյան: Պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու համար նրան դեռևս մեղադրանք չի առաջադրվել:

Սաակաշվիլին մեղադրվում է բանկիր Սանդրո Գիրգվլիանիի սպանության և պատգամավոր Վալերի Գելաշվիլիին ծեծելու մեջ: Գործերից մեկով նա դատապարտված է 3, մյուսով՝ 6 տարվա ազատազրկման: Բացի այդ, Սաակաշվիլին համարվում է ներգրավված 2007 թվականի նոյեմբերի 7-ին ընդդիմադիր հանրահավաքը ցրելու մասին գործով, «Իմեդի» հեռուստաընկերության վրա հարձակվելու և պետբյուջեից միջոցները վատնելու գործերում, որոնք քննում է դատարանը, իսկ վճիռները դեռևս կայացված չեն:
