Էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայի ազատականացումը նախատեսված է 2022-ի փետրվարի 1-ից․ Գարեգին Բաղրամյան

ՀՀ-ում էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայի ազատականացումը նախատեսված է 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների ետ զրույցում Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի (ՀԾԿՀ) նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանն ասաց, որ դեռևս 2019 թվականից մեկնարկել է էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի շուկայի ազատականացման ծավալուն գործընթացը։

«Նախագիծը նախատեսում է էներգետիկայի մասին օրենքի և ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերի փոփոխություններ։ ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ն դրամաշնորհային միջոցներով իրականացրել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտրի իրականացման համար նախատեսված էլեկտրոնային հարթակի ծրագրի պատվերը և շուրջ 3 տարի է, ինչ մշակվում է այդ ծրագիրը։ Ենթաօրենսդրական ակտերում բազմաթիվ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել՝ նոր ինստիտուտներ են ներմուծվել։ Դրանք հնարավորություն են ունենալու էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտահանում և ներկրում իրականացնել ու մեծածախ շուկայում զբաղվել էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտրով»,- նշեց Բաղրամյանը։

Խոսելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայի ազատականացման մասին՝ ՀԾԿՀ նախագահն ասաց, որ այն հաջորդ տարվա փետրվարի 1-ից է նախատեսված, սակայն դեռ հստակ չի կարող ասել, թե այս փուլում ինչ էժան կայաններից հնարավոր կլինի ազատ շուկայում վաճառելու։

«Արդյունքը կլինի այն ժամանակ, երբ թեստավորման փուլ կանցնի ծրագիրը։ Ազատականացումը մենք իրականացնելու ենք քայլ առ քայլ և ամենաէժան էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրող կայաններին թույլ չենք տա մեծ քանակով մտնել ազատ շուկա։ Այնտեղ նրանք հնարավորություն կունենան ավելի թանկ վաճառել, ինչն էլ ազդեցություն կունենա սպառողների վրա»,- ասաց Բաղրամյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ենթաօրենսդրական բազան, երբ նույնական և համապատասխան կլինի ԵՄ դիրեկտիվներին, հնարավորություն կստեղծի բավականին խթանել միջպետական առևտուրը Վրաստանի հետ։
