Մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ են ձերբակալվել օկուպացված Քարվաճառ ներթափանցման փորձի ժամանակ

Ադրբեջանի մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ փորձել են ներթափանցել Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից վերահսկվող Քարվաճառի շրջան, հայտնում է Sputnik-ը։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ Ադրբեջանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության, ոստիկանության անցակետը շրջանցելու փորձի ժամանակ ձերբակալվել է 11 մարդ:

Ադրբեջանի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտնում է, որ նրանք փորձել են մուտք գործել ականների դեռ լիովին չմաքրված տարածք՝ շրջանցելով վերահսկիչ անցակետերը։

Հիքմեթ Շուքյուրովը, Էլչին Ալիևը, Նաթիգ Ջաբարովը, Քյամալեդին Գասիմովը, Սեյֆուլա Ջաբարովը, Զամին Գարաևը, Ֆիրուզ Ախունովը, Նիյամեդին Սալախովը, Բահշեիշ Սամեդովը, Մուրադ Ալիևը և Ռամիզ Ալիևը ձերբակալվել են Քելբաջարի (Քարվաճառ) շրջանի ոստիկանության վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից:
Ձերբակալվածների հետ բացատրական զրույց է անցկացվել, նրանց համար պարզաբանել են ականապատ տարածքներ ներթափանցելու վտանգը։

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի Զաֆար Տագաևը Ակնայի (Աղդամ) շրջանում պայթել է հակատանկային ականի վրա: Նշվում էր, որ նա էքսկավատորով շինարարական աշխատանքներ էր կատարում։ Միջադեպի հետևանքով տղամարդը վիրավորվել է, նրան տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը մարտական գործողություններ է սանձազերծել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և օկուպացրել է դրա մեծ մասը, այդ թվում՝ Շուշի քաղաքը։

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը համատեղ հայտարարություն ընդունեցին սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսած ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերաբերյալ։

Եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ մինչև նոյեմբերի 15-ը Ադրբեջանին է վերադարձնում Քելբաջարը (ավելի ուշ այդ ժամկետը 10 օրով երկարաձգվեց-խմբ.), մինչև նոյեմբերի 20-ը՝ Աղդամի շրջանը, մինչև դեկտեմբերի 1-ը՝ Լաչինի շրջանը` թողնելով միջանցք 5 կմ լայնությամբ, որը ապահովելու է Հայաստանի կապը, սակայն չի շոշափելու Շուշին։

Բացի այդ, շփման գծի երկայնքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Լաչինի միջանցքում հաստատվում են ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժեր 1960 զինվորականի չափով, հրազենային զենքով, 90 զրահատրանսպորտային և 380 ավտոմեքենաներով և հատուկ տեխնիկայով։ Խաղաղապահները մնում են հինգ տարի ժամանակով` ավտոմատ երկարացման հնարավորությամբ, եթե հաջորդ հինգ տարվա համար կողմերը ժամկետի լրանալուց վեց ամիս առաջ չեն հայտարարում այս դրույթի կիրառությունը դադարեցնելու մասին։

Նշվում է նաև, որ ներքին տեղահանվածները և փախստականները վերադառնում են ԼՂ և հարակից շրջաններ, իրականացվում է ռազմագերիների փոխանակություն և մյուս պահվող անձանց փոխանակություն, ապաարգելափակվում են բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերը տարածաշրջանում։
