Չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչպիսի միջանցքի մասին է խոսքը․ ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքով ցանկացած անցում ենթադրելու է տրանզիտ․ Պապիկյան

«Միջանցքի հարց չի քննարկվում։ Քննարկվում է ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման հարցը։ Այսինքն, որպեսզի գործող ենթակառուցվածքները բացվեն թե՛ մեր կողմից, թե՛ հարևանների կողմից»,- «Ազատություն» ՌԿ-ի ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է փոխվարչապետ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը՝ ի պատասխան օգտատերերի հարցերի։

«Իրականում իրենց պատկերացմամբ միջանցքը չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչ է նշանակում»,- նշել է Պապիկյանը։

Ճշտող հարցին, թե ում պատկերացմամբ՝ մեր օգտատերերի՞, թե՞ Ադրբեջանի, Պապիկյանը պատասխանել է․ «Ոչ։ Օգտատերերը չեն խոսում, խոսում են Ադրբեջանի օգտատերերը։ Ուղղակի մեր օգտատերերը դա վերցնում են ու դարձնում են իրականություն։ Մենք խոսում ենք, որ միջանցքի հարց չի քննարկվում, բայց անընդհատ հնչում է այն, ինչը հնչում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից»։

Խնդրանքին՝ այնուամենայնիվ պարզաբանել, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում այդքան քննարկված միջանցքը, Պապիկյանը գրեթե նույն կերպ է պատասխանել՝ ասելով, որ չի կարող ասել՝ տվյալ պարագայում ինչպիսի միջանցքի մասին է խոսքը, բայց այն, նրա խոսքով, չի լինելու։

«Ես չեմ կարող ասել՝ տվյալ պարագայում ինչպիսի միջանցքի մասին է խոսքը։ Բայց այն, որ չի քննարկվում միջանցք․․․ այսինքն՝ ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքով ցանկացած անցում ենթադրելու է տրանզիտ, դա իրականությունն է։ Թե ինչից ենք վախենում կամ ով ինչ է ասում, դա այլ հարց է»,- նշել է նա։
