Երբ մարտահրավերները հասկանում են եզակիները․ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան՝ ընդդեմ Իրանի

Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի բարեկամ Իրանի հասցեին Ադրբեջանից տարբեր մակարդակներով հնչում են անընդունելի և սադրիչ հայտարարություններ, արվում են ակնհայտ հակաիրանական քայլեր, որոնք միտված են տարածաշրջանում ապակայունացման հերթական ալիքի և նոր ռիսկերի ու մարտահրավերների ձևավորմանը։ Այս արձանագրումը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում արել է «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար, ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը։ Միակ քաղաքական առաջնորդը, ով արձանագրել է մեր հարևանությամբ ընթացող ծանրագույն աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները, որոնք կարող են ազդել նաև Հայաստանի վրա։

Վանեցյանի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանում թուրքական կողմի հետ համատեղ անցկացվող պարբերական զորավարժություննեըը ևս հստակորեն ցույց են տալիս, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն և Անկարան որևէ ցանկություն չունեն իրենց երկարաժամկետ քաղաքականությունը կառուցելու տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության հասնելու տրամաբանության շրջանակներում և ռազմատենչ ծավալապաշտական նկրտումներ ունեն ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ու Արցախի հանրապետությունների նկատմամբ։ Իհարկե, զարմանալի կլիներ, որ Հայաստանի գործող ապիկար իշխանությունները կարողանային գնահատել անվտանգային խնդիրները, հստակ ու աներկբա արձագանքեին դրանց, սակայն այս իշխանություններն ունակ չեն լսելու նույնիսկ անվտանգության հարցերով պրոֆեսիոնալների կարծիքը։ Համենայն դեպս, Արթուր Վանեցյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, թե կարևոր է համարում հատկապես այս փուլում Հայաստանի բարեկամ երկրների հետ բազմակողմ կապերի սերտացումը, դրանց որակական նոր մակարդակի բարձրացումը, միջազգային ասպարեզում համատեղ շահերի տիրույթում միմյանց անվերապահ աջակցության տրամադրումը, ինչն էլ հենց իրական կդարձնի մեր տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ արդար և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության հաստատումը։
