Կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել կրթական ոլորտում միջազգային համագործակցությունը խթանող փաստաթղթերի

Այսօր գործադիրը հավանություն է տվել միջազգային համագործակցությունը խթանող մի շարք փաստաթղթերի։

Մասնավորապես, Կառավարության նիստում հավանության է արժանացել 2020 թվականի մայիսի 29-ին ստորագրված «Անկախ պետու­թյունների համագործակցության ցանցային համալսարանի հիմնադրման և գործու­նեու­թյան մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Կառավարության օրենս­դրական նախաձեռնությունը: Օրենքի ընդունման արդյունքում կապահովվեն «Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության ցանցային համալսարանի հիմնադրման և գործունեության մասին» համաձայնագրի ուժի մեջ մտնելու համար նախատեսված ընթացակարգերը:

Գործադիրը հավանություն է տվել նաև 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ին ստորագրված «Բարձրագույն կրթության որակավորումների փոխճանաչման մասին» համաշ­խարհային կոնվենցիան վավերացնելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Կառավարության օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը։ «Բարձրագույն կրթության որակավորումների փոխճանաչման մասին» համաշխարհային կոնվենցիան վավերացնելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է միջազգային ասպարեզում Հայաստանի գիտակրթական և հումանիտար կապերի ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Միավորված ազգերի կրթական, գիտական և մշակութային կազմակերպությունը (ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ) իր ուրույն տեղն ունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զարգացման օրակարգում: Հայաստանը միացել է բարձրագույն կրթության որակավորումների ճանաչման ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մի շարք տարածաշրջանային կոնվենցիաներին, ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է վերջիններիս կիրարկմանը, և այս առումով սույն կոնվենցիան կոչված է լրացնելու բարձրագույն կրթության որակավորումների ճանաչման ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մի շարք տարածաշրջանային կոնվենցիաներին, որոնցից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը միացել է Փարիզի (1979 թ.), Բանգկոկի (1983 թ.) և Լիսաբոնի (1997 թ.) կոնվենցիաներին: Նախագիծը վավերացնելու արդյունքում ակնկալվում է խթանել և ամրապնդել միջազգային համագործակցությունը բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում, ինչպես նաև ապահովել արդար, թափանցիկ և համապարփակ միջոցներ բարձրագույն կրթության որակավորման ճանաչման համար։

Նիստում հավանության է արժանացել նաև 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 5-ին Հանոյում ստորագրված «Հայաս­տանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապե­տության կառավարության միջև կրթության և գիտության բնագավառում համագործակցու­թյան մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Կառավարության օրենս­դրական նախաձեռնությունը:

ՀՀ կառավարության օրենսդրական բոլոր երեք նախաձեռ­նությունները սահմանված կարգով կներկայացվեն Ազգային ժողով:
