Փաշինյանը երաշխիք չտվեց, որ հայկական նոր տարածքներ չեն անցնի Ադրբեջանին (տեսանյութ)

Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության անդամ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը հիշեցրեց նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 6-րդ դրույթը։ Ըստ այդ դրույթի՝ սահմանվում է, որ կողմերի համաձայնությամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի միջև կապն ապահովելու համար առաջիկա 3 տարիների ընթացքում պետք է հաստատվի Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով նոր երթուղու կառուցման նախագիծ, որից հետո ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմը կվերատեղկայվի՝ այդ երթուղին պաշտպանելու համար։

Այնուհետև Աբրահամյանը հնչեցրեց հարցն ուղղված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին. «Արդյո՞ք այս թեմայով բանակցություններ իրականացվում են, կա՞ հաստատված նախագիծ, թե որտեղով է նախատեսված նոր երթուղին։ Ադրբեջանի հավակնությունները իմանալով, իսկ մյուս կողմից արցախցիների մտահոգությունները հաշվի առնելով՝ մտավախություն կա, որ նոր երթուղին շրջանցելու է ոչ միայն Քաշաթախի շրջանի՝ այս պահին մեր վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Բերձոր քաղաքը, Սուս և Աղավնո գյուղերը, այլ Շուշիի շրջանի Հին Շեն, Մեծ Շեն, Եղցահող, Լիսագոր, Կանաչ Թալա, Տասը Վերստ գյուղերը։ Կարո՞ղ եք հստակ արձանագրել կամ երաշխավորել, որ չի հաստատվի Հայաստանն Արցախին կապող այնպիսի երթուղի, որի  պայմաններում թվարկած գյուղերն ավտոմատ կերպով կանցնեն Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ թեկուզ անկլավի կարգավիճակով»։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ այս պահին այդ թեմայով որևէ բանակցություն չի ընթանում ՀՀ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ։
