Մեր երկիրը, ժողովուրդը, Ազգը, Հայրենիքը և անկախությունը պետք է վերածնվի. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Արտակ Զաքարյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
 
Բոլորս ցասումով և քննադատաբար ենք վերաբերվում ՀՀ Անկախության 30-ամյակի առթիվ, Նիկոլի կողմից հնչեցրած մասշտաբային "գունագեղ" տոնակատարությունների անցկացմանը: Պատճառները ցավալի են, բազմաթիվ և հիմնավոր: Իսկ իրականում ինչպես նշել Անկախության 30 ամյակը: Մի հանգամանք, որը ազգային հպարտություն է ներշնչել և արժևորվել գրեթե բոլոր հայերի կողմից:
Ուղիղ 29 տարի սեպտեմբերի 21-ը իրական տոն է եղել, իր բոլոր հիշարժան հոբելյանական միջոցառումներով, ռազմական շքերթներով, պետականության ձեռքբերումների, նվաճումների, կայունության, զարգացման և առաջընթացի արձանագրումներով, համազգային համախմբմամբ և ապագային ուղղված նոր ծրագրերով:
Ի՞նչ ունենք այսօր և ի՞նչ ենք տոնելու 30-ամյակին, պատկերացնելն անգամ դժվար է: Բայց նաև անտեսել այն ուղակի չենք կարող: Աշխարհն ուշադիր հետևելու է, թե ինչպե՞ս են այս տարի հայերը նշելու անկախության տոնը, որից ոչինչ չի մնացել, և որի կործանիչներին նույն հայերից ոմանք նորից վերընտրեցին:
1. Կապիտուլյացված Նիկոլը ոչ մի տեղ որևէ ծրագրային ելույթ չպետք է ունենա, որովհետև ինչ էլ խոսի՝ իր իսկ պատճառով ստեղծված իրականության ֆոնի վրա, էլ ավելի նսեմացված ու խղճուկ է երևալու Հայ ժողովրդի կերպարն աշխարհում: Այդ օրը Նիկոլը մեկ բան ունի անելու. առավոտյան ռազմական ղեկավարության հետ գնալ Եռաբլուր պանթեոն, խոնարհվել Զորավար Անդրանիկի, Վազգեն Սարգսյանի, Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի և մյուս նվիրյալների շիրիմներին, ու ներողություն խնդրել կործանած համազգային երազների, ձախողած պայքարի և հարյուր հազարավոր կոտրված սրտերի համար: Իսկ Եռաբլուրի Սրբոց Վարդանանց Նահատակաց եկեղեցում մեղքերի թողության մոմ վառի՝ առ Աստված աղոթքով:
2. ՔՊ-ական նախարարների, պատգամավորների, մարզպետների, գործարարների համար սեպտեմբերի 21-ը տանից դուրս չգալու լավագույն օրն է: Թող մնան իրենց տներում և ողջ օրը մտորեն (եթե ունակ են), թե ի՞նչ կապ ունեն իրենք Հայաստանի և Հայ ժողովրդի հետ, ինչպե՞ս և ինչո՞ւ այս ողբերգությունը բերեցին պետության վրա: Թող փորձեն հասկանալ թե ի՞նչ է իրական անկախությունը, ի՞նչ են ժառանգել և ի՞նչ են փոխանցելու, և վերջապես որտե՞ղ են անցկացնելու իրենց կյանքի մնացած դժգույն օրերը: Որովհետև իրենց կյանքի գունագեղ օրերն ավարտվելու են:
3. Հայ ժողովրդի համար այս սեպտեմբերի 21-ը պետք է վերածվի ոգեկոչման, խելքի գալու, վերակենդանանալու, վերածնվելու, վերապրելու և Ազգային ինքնությունը վերարժևորելու օրվա: Պետք է անցնել մեր ակախությունը խորհրդանշող բոլոր վայրերով՝ Ազատության հրապարակ, Եռաբլուր պանթեոն, Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիր, Հաղթանակի զբոսայգի, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցիներ և Հանրապետության հրապարակ: Անցնել՝ խորհելով, երազելով, համախմբվելով, միմյանց նկատմամբ հարգանքով և մեր նահատակների հիշատակի առջև խոնարհումով:
Մեր երկիրը, ժողովուրդը, Ազգը, Հայրենիքը և անկախությունը պետք է վերածնվի: Այլընտրանք չունենք:
