Նոր մանրամասներ Ճաճոյի Էդոյի որդու աղմկահարույց սպանությունից (ֆոտո)

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 25-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության հերթապահ խումբը ահազանգել է ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժին, որ կանչով մեկնել է Գուգարք գյուղի 6-րդ փողոցի 42 տուն, որտեղ տան մուտքի աստիճաններին հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու դի: 

Ինչպես Վանաձորից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Ղազարյանի, ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Էրիկ Շարմազանովի գլխավորությամբ: 

Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության մեծ թվով քննիչներ՝ քննչական վարչության պետ Թաթուլ Շուշանյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ տեղի ունեցածը սպանություն է, սպանվածն էլ նույն հասցեի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Տիգրան Էդոյի Մարտիրոսյանն է: 

Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության փորձաքրեագիտական բաժնի փորձաքրեագետները՝ պետ Արմեն Ամիրաղյանի, ՀԿՀ ավագ փորձագետ Հովհաննես Սաքանյանի, ավագ փորձագետ Դավիթ Նալբանդյանի և փորձագետ Արթուր Առաքելյանի գխավորությամբ: 

Փաստի առթիվ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Թ. Շուշանյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ և փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի ( սպանություն) և 235 հոդվածի 1-իմ մասի ( ապօրինի զենք, զինամթերք կրելը, պահելը, օգտագործեը) հատկանիշներով: 

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ սպանվածի վրա կան կրակոցի հետքեր: 

Մինչ դատաբժիշկն ու փորձագետները կաշխատեին դեպքի վայրում, Լոռու մարզի ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով պարզեցին, որ սպանությունը կատարել է նույն հասցեի բնակիչ, 32-ամյա Լիաննա Կիրակոսյանը, ով քիչ առաջ ոստիկանների և քննիչների ուղեկցությամբ տեղափոխվեց ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժին:
