Տպավորություն է, թե պատերազմը հաղթել ենք, գերիներ չունենք, Շուշիի Ղազանչեցոցը կանգուն է իսկ Հայաստանն էլ շարունակում է երաշխիքը լինել հայկական պետականությունների գոյության և մնացել է միայն սահմանադրական «շտկումներ» անել ըստ դավաճանի սրտի։
 
Հայաստանի իշխանության զավթման հերթական ապացույցն է, երբ ՄԻՊ-ն ու անհատները հետաքննում են ադրբեջանի վայրագությունները, իսկ արդարադատության նախարարը բացարձակ դատարկ տեքստով հայտարարում, թե սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն ամենակարևոր հարցն են։ Երբ իբր Հայաստանի անվտանգության ու «գունագեղ տականքության» մասին դատապարտող հայտարարություններ անողները նստած լսում են նիկոլի հանցակցին։
 
Այդ նույն ժամանակ հայերը լսում ու կադրեր են դիտում, թե ինչպես են հայերին ծեծում, խոշտանգում, արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնում բաքվում։ Այն նույն բաքվի բանտում, որտեղ ըստ դավաճան նիկոլի կարող էին 2 ամիս ավել մնալ տանջվող հայերը, միայն թե ինքն ընտրվի։
 
Էտ հանդիպման մասնակիցները փոխարենը նախարարի աթոռին հասած մեկի բաղձալի երազանքի իրականացման վկաները դառնային, լավ կանեին այնքան կարդային ՄԻՊ-ի զեկույցը հայերին տանջամահ անելու մասին, որ ցավից գիտակցությունները կորցնեին, ոչ թե կառավարման կարգ քննարկեն, որը վաղուց արդեն մեր երկրում գոյություն չունի։
 
Նույնիսկ եթե էտ Սահմանադրության մեջ գրեք, որ ալիևը չի կարող դուխով նիկոլին հրամայել Արցախ չգնալ, միևնույն է ոչինչ չի փոխվելու։
Հ.Գ. Հասկացեք վերջապես, սրանց սահմանադրական փոփոխություն պետք չէ, իրենք ապացուցել են, որ Սահմանադրությամբ էլ, առանց դրա էլ հանգիստ քանդում են երկիրը։
