12 գորիսեցու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել վարչապետի մեքենային ձվերով խփելու համար․ պաշտպան

Գորիսի 12 բնակիչների մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Գորիս այցելության օրը նրա մեքենային ձվերով խփելու համար։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց փաստաբան Արմեն Մելքոնյանը։

«Առավոտվանից մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվում Գորիսի բնակիչներին, որոնց ես եմ պաշտպանում։ Այսօր 12 հոգու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ իբր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի Գորիս կատարած այցի ժամանակ նրանք հարվածել են վարչապետի մեքենային։ Վաղը ևս ութ հոգու պետք է մեղադրանք առաջադրեն։ Ստացվում է 20 հոգի, և Գորիսի փոխքաղաքապետ Մենուա Հովսեփյանն էլ որպես իբրև թե կազմակերպիչն է և ինքն է ձվերը բերել»,- նշեց նա։

Պաշտպանի խոսքով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի զրահապատ մեքենային ձվով խփելու համար փորձագետի եզրակացության մեջ նշում է, որ հասցվել է 24 միլիոն դրամի վնաս։

«24 միլիոն դրամ փող են պահանջում որպես փոխհատուցում։ Իհարկե, իմ պաշտպանյալները ձվով չեն խփել մեքենաներին, բայց եթե անգամ նման բան է եղել, անհասկանալի է, թե ոնց կարող է պատճառվել այս չափի վնաս։ Իմիջիայլոց, մեղադրյալներից մեկն ասում է, որ ինքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմնակիցն է, նրա հետ ծանոթ է եղել դեռ 2008 թվականից, և որ այցելության օրը, տեսնելով մեքենան, վանկարկել է «վարչապետ», բայց, փաստորեն, նրան նույնպես մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել»,- ասաց Արմեն Մելքոնյանը։

Արմեն Մելքոնյանը հավելեց, որ մեղադրյալները չեն ընդունում իրենց առաջադրված մեղադրանքները։ Որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին։
