Բացահայտվել են տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխզննության գործունեության բնագավառում լիցենզավորված կազմակերպությունների կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություններ կատարելու դեպքեր

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության գործունեության բնագավառում լիցենզավորված երկու սահմանափակ պատասխանատվության ընկերությունների ղեկավարները պետական բյուջեի եկամուտ համարվող տեխնիկական զննության կայանին չտրամադրված տեխնիկական կտրոնների 2-րդ հատվածների առկայության պայմաններում տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության դիմաց տրամադրվող գումարները խաբեության եղանակով հափշտակելու մեկ միասնական դիտավորությամբ` 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Շիրակի մարզի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներին ավտոմեքենայի գազալիցքավորման կտրոններ և գումարներ տրամադրելով կամ այլ եղանակով շահագրգռելով, նրանցից ստացել են բանկի կողմից ավտոմեքենայի տիրապետողին տրված տեխնիկական կտրոնի 2-րդ հատվածները և փաստացի չիրականացնելով ՀՀ կառավարության 2011 թվականի մարտի 31-ի թիվ 350-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ոչ ընդհանուր օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոցների պարտադիր տեխնիկական զննության անցկացման» կարգով սահմանված ավտոմեքենաների տեխնիկական զննությունը, սակայն դրանք ներկայացնելով պետական լիազորված մարմնին՝ իբրև տեխնիկական զննություն անցած ավտոմեքենաների կտրոններ, որպես տրանսպորտային միջոցի տեխնիկական զննության անցկացման համար նախատեսված վճար` ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից խարդախությամբ հափշտակել են մի դեպքում՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շուրջ 92,876,000 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ երկրորդ դեպքում՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շուրջ 5,353,000 ՀՀ դրամ:
