ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայաստանի վարչապետին՝ նշանակման կապակցությամբ

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Վարչապետի աշխատակազմը:

Ուղերձում նշված է.

«Ձերդ Գերազանցություն,

Ընդունեք, խնդրեմ, շնորհավորանքներս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնում Ձեր վերանշանակման կապակցությամբ: Վերջին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որոնց որակը բարձր է գնահատվել միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելությունների կողմից, և որոնց համար Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունը տեխնիկական աջակցություն է տրամադրել, էլ ավելի են նպաստել Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական զարգացմանը: Ակնկալում եմ, որ Ձեր առաջնորդությամբ Հայաստանը կշարունակի առաջընթացը ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների կարևոր ուղիով:

Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունն ուրախ է շարունակելու գործընկերությունը Հայաստանի կառավարության և ժողովրդի հետ, այդ թվում՝ Երևանում իր մշտական համակարգողի և երկրում գործող թիմի միջոցով՝ ներառական աճի ու կայուն զարգացման նպատակների ամբողջական և բարեհաջող իրականացման համար: ՄԱԿ-ի կայուն զարգացման գործընկերության 2021-2025 թվականների շրջանակային փաստաթղթի՝ վերջերս կայացած մեկնարկը լավ հիմք է նոր շնչով գործակցության համար:

Ցանկանում եմ նաև օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից և վերահաստատել ՄԱԿ-ի լիարժեք աջակցությունը տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և երկխոսության ջանքերին, մասնավորապես՝ Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության Մինսկի Խմբի համանախագահների ձևաչափի ներքո: ՄԱԿ-ը պատրաստ է տրամադրել երկարաժամկետ աջակցություն՝ խթանելու երկխոսությունը, մարդու իրավունքների նկատմամբ հարգանքը, հաշտեցումն ու խաղաղության կառուցումը, պայմաններ ստեղծելու Կայուն զարգացման 2030 օրակարգի իրականացման և տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության ու բարեկեցության հաստատման համար:

ՄԱԿ-ի քարտուղարությունն առաջին անգամ հասել է գենդերային հավասարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մակարդակում և առաջ է շարժվում դեպի հավասարություն կազմակերպության բոլոր մակարդակներում: Ես շարունակում եմ կոչ անել բոլոր անդամ-պետություններին նման ջանքեր գործադրել, և լիահույս եմ, որ Ձեր առաջնորդությամբ Հայաստանն առաջընթաց կարձանագրի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների և մյուս բոլոր մակարդակներում կանանց հավասարության հարցում, ինչպես նաև կաշխատի հանրային կյանքում կանանց բովանդակալից մասնակցությունը շարունակաբար լավարկելու ուղղությամբ:
