Հափշտակվել է մոտ 275 միլիոն 860 հազար դրամ․ ոստիկանության բացահայտումը (տեսանյութ)

Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները փաստական տվյալներ էին ստացել, որ Երևանի ՓԲ մի ընկերության նախկին տնօրենի կարգադրությունների հիման վրա ընկերության կարիքների համար գնման ընթացակարգերով հայտարարված մրցույթի շրջանակներում գնահատող հանձնաժողովի անդամները, չարամտորեն խախտելով հրապարակային սակարկությունների անցկացման կարգը, կազմակերպել և անցկացրել են գնման ընթացակարգեր, որոնց արդյունքներով հաղթող է ճանաչվել նախկին տնօրենի հետ փոխկապակցված անձին պատկանող ՍՊ ընկերությունը։

Քննությանը այս պահին հայտնի տվյալներով՝ հիշյալ ընկերության հետ կնքված ընդհանուր 742 միլիոնի դրամից ավելի արժողությամբ միայն «Դրոսել 250 Վ» ապրանքի արժեքը մոտ 20 միլիոն 323 հազար դրամով գերազանցել է ՓԲ ընկերության կողմից այդ ընթացքում նույնանման ապրանքի համար անցկացրած մրցույթում հաղթող ճանաչված արժեքից։

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում վերը նշված ՍՊ ընկերությունը որոշ դեպքերում պայմանագրերով նախատեսված ապրանքների մատակարարումներն իրականացրել է նախատեսված չափերից պակաս քանակով, սակայն ՓԲ ընկերության նախկին տնօրենը չի նախաձեռնել սահմանված կարգով՝ մոտ 2 միլիոն 300 հազար դրամի տույժերի ենթարկելու և նշված ընկերությանը գնումների գործընթացին մասնակցելու իրավունք չունեցող մասնակիցների ցուցակում ներառելու համար որևէ գործառույթ։

Վերոհիշյալ չարաշահումների հետևանքով ընկերությանը պատճառվել է, նախնական տվյալներով, 22 միլիոն 631 հազար դրամի գույքային վնաս։
