Ավելի քան 10 անձ կասկածվում է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու և կաշառք տալու մեջ. նրանցից 4-ը, այդ թվում` ՃՈ պաշտոնատար անձը, ձերբակալվել են․ ՀՔԾ

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում հարուցված և ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում բացահայտվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով, ընդհանուր` ավելի քան 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք ստանալու դեպքեր: Հիշյալ քաղաքացիները կաշառքի դիմաց հանձնել են ձևական բնույթ կրող գործնական քննություններ և ստացել վարորդական վկայականներ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՔԾ-ից։

Ստացած կաշառքի դիմաց Ա. Ս.-ն քաղաքացիներից ընդունել է ձևական բնույթ կրող գործնական քննություններ, և վերջիններս առանց գործնական վարման հմտությունները պատշաճ ստուգելու ստացել են վարորդական վկայականներ:

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 38-311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստացած ՃՈ պաշտոնատար անձ Ա. Ս.-ն, նրան օժանադակած Վ. Շ.-ն և վերջիններիս կաշառք տված երկու քաղաքացի:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում նաև տեղեկություններ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նույն ՃՈ տեսուչը վերը նկարագրված եղանակով Վ. Շ.-ի օժանդակությամբ 2020 թվականի հունվարից 2021 թվականի հունիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում շուրջ 40 քաղաքացիներից ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք, որի դիմաց նրանց գործնական վարման հմտություններն առանց պատշաճ ստուգելու գնահատել է բավարար, ինչի արդյունքում վերջիններիս տրամադրվել են վարորդական վկայականներ:
