ԵԿՄ–ի Արարատի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման նախագահը ձերբակալվել է՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու, փոխադրելու, պահելու կասկածանքով (լուսանկարներ)

2021թ. օգոստոսի 21-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ գյուղի 22-ամյա բնակիչն իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող հրազենից Արարատի մարզի Փոքր Վեդի համայնքում կրակոցներ է արձակել, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչականկոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։ 

Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 01.15-ին, երիտասարդն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին և ներկայացրել «ԱԿՄ» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ և ինքնաձիգի մեկ հատ դատարկ պահունակ:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերջինս կամավորական հիմունքներով մասնակցել է 2020թ. Արցախյան պատերազմին, որի ընթացքում ճանապարհին գտել է մեկ հատ ինքնաձիգ, ինքնաձիգի համար նախատեսված պահունակ և մի քանի փամփուշտ, որն իր հետ բերել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն և պահել Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ գյուղի՝ իրեն պատկանող «բետոնե հենասյուների» արտադրամասում: Այնուհետև՝2021թ. օգոստոսի 20-ին` ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, Փոքր Վեդի գյուղի Պ.Սևակ փողոցի հարակից դաշտում երիտասարդը նշված ինքնաձիգով 2-3 մի քանի կրակոց է արձակել դեպի օդ:

Կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է  ինքնաձիգի 3 հատ կրակված պարկուճ:


Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին:
