Թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյան. «Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները ընտրակաշառք չեն բաժանել ընտրությունների ժամանակ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Թուրքիայի ընտրությունների ժամանակ իշխանությունները երբևէ ընտրակաշառք չեն բաժանել: Այս մասին «Փաստի» հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը Աղվերանում ԵՄԱ–ի և Ֆրդրիխ Էբերտ հիմնադրամի կազմակերպած սեմինարի ժամանակ: Փոխարենը Թուրքիայում շարունակվում է ազատ խոսքը սահմանափակելու, ընդդիմադիրներին բանտարկելու և իշխանությունը Էրդողանի ձեռքին կենտրոնացնելու գործընթացը, ինչպես նաև այլատյացությունը: Օրինակ՝ թուրքագետի խոսքերով, Թուրքիայի վերջին հանրաքվեի քվեաթերթիկի վրա ընտրողին ուղղված կոչում գրված էր. «Խփիր կնիքն այնպես, ինչպես կխփես գյավուրին»: Ասել է թե՝ օսմանյան Թուրքիայից հետո շատ բան չի փոխվել Թուրքիայի իշխանության մոտեցումներում քրիստոնյաների հանդեպ:

Իսկ ընտրակեղծիքները, ըստ թուրքագետի, Թուրքիայում սկսվել են 2007 թ.–ի ընտրությունների ժամանակ, երբ քրդական բնակչությանը ստիպել են քվերակել թուրքաբնակ քաղաքներում, որպեսզի դոմինանտ լինի թուրքերի ձայնը:

Նշենք, որ ապրիլի 16–ին Թուրքիայում սահմանադրական հանրաքվե անցկացվեց, որով Թուրքիան, ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգից անցավ նախագահական կառավարման համակարգի:
