IDBank-ը պարտատոմսերի հերթական տրանշն է թողարկել

IDBank-ը սույն թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ին հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով թողարկել է AMANLBB2DER5 տարբերակիչ ծածկագրով անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի հերթական տրանշը։
2021 թվականի երկրորդ թողարկման անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմում է 5 մլն դոլար։ Պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը 27 ամիս է, արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը` 4%, իսկ արժեկտրոնային եկամտի վճարումը կիրականցվի եռամսյա պարբերականությամբ։

Պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվելու են 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 12-ը ներառյալ։ Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ներկայացվելու են ցուցակման «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ և ունենալու են շուկա ստեղծող (Marketmaker): 2020 թվականի արդյունքներով IDBank-ը ցպահանջ միջոցների (տոկոսային արտահայտությամբ) աճի ցուցանիշով առաջատար է ճանաչվել ՀՀ բանկային համակարգում:

Այսպիսի եզրահանգման է եկել RUMELS Management Solutions մասնագիտացված խորհրդատվական ընկերությունը 2020թ․ դեկտեմբերին կատարված վերլուծության մեջ։ Այսպես՝ 2019 թվականի համեմատ IDBank-ի ցպահանջ միջոցներն աճել են 79%-ով։
IDBank-ի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Արման Ասատրյանի խոսքով՝ այս ցուցանիշը վկայում է հաճախորդների՝ Բանկի նկատմամբ մեծ վստահության մասին։ «2021թ․ երկրորդ թողարկումն իսկապես սպասված էր մեր հաճախորդների կողմից, հետևաբար Բանկի կողմից թողարկված պարտատոմսերի նկատմամբ եղած հետաքրքրությունը և բարձր
պահանջարկը ստիպում է մեզ ոչ միայն կատարելագործել Բանկում ներդրումներ կատարելու մեխանիզմները, այլև մեր հաճախորդներին տալ հնարավորություն էլ ավելի ճկուն ու հարմարավետ կերպով կառավարել իրենց միջոցները», - նշել
է Արման Ասատրյանը։

IDBank-ի պարտատոմս ձեռք բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է պարզապես լրացնել համապատասխան հայտը և ներկայացնել Բանկ, ինչից հետո Ձեր պարտատոմսերը կարող եք գտնել անմիջապես Idram&IDBank հավելվածում՝ մուտք գործելով «Բանկինգ» բաժին և ընտրելով «Պարտատոմսեր» ենթաբաժինը։ Հավելվածում ներկայացված է պարտատոմսերի վերաբերյալ ողջ անհրաժեշտ ինֆորմացիան՝ տարբերակիչ ծածկագիրը, քանակը, անվանական արժեքը, տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը, արժեկտրոնի վճարման օրը և պարտատոմսերի մարման օրը։
IDBank-ի 2021թ․ երկրորդ թողարկման պարտատոմսերի վերաբերյալ ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է հետևյալ հղմամբ։

Բանկը հիշեցնում է նաև, որ անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից:
Պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկում ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 23 հուլիս 2021 թվ. Թիվ 1/392Ա որոշմամբ։ Ծրագրային ազդագրի, դրա լրացման էլեկտրոնային տարբերակներին և սույն թողարկման հիմնական պայմաններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ IDBank-ի պաշտոնական կայքում:
