Տեղ գյուղի բնակչի վարկով գնած 120 ոչխարներին ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները հափշտակել ու չեն վերադարձրել, բայց վարկային կազմակերպությունը պահանջում է վճարել վարկը․ ՄԻՊ

ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքի էջում գրում է․ «Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի բնակիչ Նազիկ Բաղդասարյանի վարկով գնած 120 ոչխարները պատերազմից հետո ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներն այդպես էլ  չեն վերադարձրել, բայց վարկային կազմակերպությունը շարունակում է պահանջել վճարումները։

Չնայած հափշտակված սեփականությունն այլևս չկա, տիկին Բաղդասարյանը վարկային կազմակերպությանը շարունակում է նույն պայմաններով վճարել գումարը և վերջնական մարումների համար դեռ 3 տարի ունի: Կինն այս պահին անտոկոս վարկ ստանալու հարցում դժվարություններ ունի, քանի որ որդին մեկ ամիս ուշացրել է վճարումը հենց այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ պատերազմի ժամանակ գտնվել է սահմանին:

Տիկին Բաղդասարյանը Տեղ համայնք իմ այցի ընթացքում տեղեկացրեց, որ հատուցման համար դիմել է ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզպետարան և 120 ոչխարի համար ստացել է ընդամենը 100.000 ՀՀ դրամ հատուցում: Բայց այս հարցերն այնպիսին են, որ համակարգային լուծում են պահանջում: Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հանցավոր արարքների պատճառով բազմաթիվ մարդիկ են ընկել այսպիսի պատմությունների մեջ:

Մարդիկ զրկվել են սեփականության իրավունքից, եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից և բախվել են սոցիալական լուրջ խնդիրների: Մենք արձանագրել ենք այս այցի ընթացքում վեր հանված խնդիրները:

Մեր պետությունը պետք է միջազգային հարթակներում նախաձեռնի այնպիսի գործընթացներ, որոնք այս փաստերի օգտագործմամբ հնարավորություն կտան ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին պարտադրել հատուցել մարդկանց՝ նրանց նման խնդիրների առաջ կանգնեցնելու համար:
