Զինծառայողները դուրս են բերվել, իսկ ադրբեջանցիները դիրքավորվում են. գյուղապետ

Գյուղի պաշտպանությունն այս պահին հանձնված է ռուս խաղաղապահներին, սակայն մեր զինծառայողների հեռանալուց հետո ռուսները մեկ ժամ մնացել են, իրենց դրոշը թողել դիրքում և հեռացել, գյուղն այս պահին անպաշտպան է: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Շուշիի շրջանի Եղցահողի գյուղապետ Արտակ Հակոբյանը:

«Մեր զինծառայողներին դիրքերից երեկ են իջեցրել, ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությամբ, մեզ տեղեկացրել են, որ իրենք են իրականացնելու պարեկային ծառայություն: Դա նշանակում է, որ շուրջօրյա չեն հերթապահելու, հերթապահությունը կազմակերպելու են շրջայցերով: Մենք խնդրել ենք, որ հերթապահությունը լինի շուրջօրյա, սակայն այս պահի դրությամբ դեռ նորություն չկա»,– ասաց նա:

Հարցին՝ ինչ պատճառաբանությամբ են ՊԲ զինծառայողներին հեռացրել դիրքերից, գյուղապետը պատասխանեց. «Մեզ ասացին, որ պայմանավորվածություն է եղել երկու կողմերի միջև, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը 3 կմ հետ պետք է քաշվի իր զբաղեցրած դիրքերից, հայկական կողմն էլ պետք հանի մեր զինծառայողներին, իսկ սահմանը պետք է հսկեն ռուս խաղաղապահները: Փաստորեն միայն մենք ենք կատարել մեր պայմանավորվածությունը, որովհետև ո՛չ խաղաղապահները կան, ո՛չ էլ ադրբեջանցիները հետ են քաշվել: Ավելին՝ այս պահի դրությամբ ադրբեջանական կողմը խրամատավորվում է, մեկ ժամ առաջվա դրությամբ ինժեներական աշխատանքներ էին կատարում»:
