Արմավիրում 59-ամյա կնոջ մահվան իրական պատճառը պարզվել է. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության հատկանիշներով․ 23-ամյա երիտասարդ է ձերբակալվել

2021թ. օգոստոսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 12:20-ին, «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոնից  տեղեկություն է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 11.08.2021թ. երեկոյան, «ինսուլտ և թոքաբորբ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ ընդունված 59-ամյա կինը նախօրեին՝ օգոստոսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 10:30-ի սահմաններում, մահացել է, որից հետո՝ դիահերձարան տեղափոխվելուց 24 ժամ անց, պարանոցի շրջանում ի հայտ են եկել կապտուկներ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Դատաբժշկի արձանագրության համաձայն՝ կնոջ մահվան պատճառը հանդիսանում է մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունը:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա են քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական հիմք և առիթ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, որը Արմավիրի բնակիչ է՝ 23 տարեկան:

Տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ դեպքի օրը, տուժածի տանը վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել կնոջ և 23-ամյա երիտասարդի միջև, որի ժամանակ երիտասարդը բռունցքներով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է կնոջ դեմքին և գլխին, այնուհետև պարանոցին եղած թելը, որից կախված է եղել բանալի, ձգել է նրա պարանոցին, իսկ երբ զգացել է, որ կինը չի շնչում, հեռացել է:

Երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ 59-ամյա կնոջ սպանության կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել:
