Սարալանջով ընթացող Mitsubishi Pajero IO–ում պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել, դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են պայթուցիկ նռնակի նմանվող մետաղյա բեկորներ (լուսանկարներ)

2021թ. օգոստոսի 14-ին՝ ժամը 02.05-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Սարալանջի փողոցում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի մոտ մեքենա է կայանված, որից բարձր պայթյունի ձայն է լսվել, իսկ ուղևորները դուրս են եկել ավտոմեքենայից, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Աղբյուր Սերոբ փողոցի հասցեներից մեկի դիմաց՝ «Սարալանջ» ճանապարհի բաժանարար գոտու հատվածում, անհայտ առարկայով պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել, որի հետևանքով վնասվել է ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող «Mitsubishi Pajero IO» ավտոմեքենայի ձախ թափարգելը, դիմացի ձախ դուռը, ձախ լուսարձակը և ջրահովացման համակարգը։ 

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են պայթուցիկ նռնակի նմանվող մետաղյա բեկորներ, նռնակի բռնակ և պայթյունի հատվածից հողային զանգված:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով:

Նշանակվել է դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատաապրանքագիտական, դատահետքաբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն։ Ձեռնարկվում մեն  անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները և ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը  պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։    

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
