Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարսանիքի քավորի ջոկատն այդպես էլ Արցախ չի մեկնել

Ոսկան Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է
Արցախում պատերազմի ժամանակ՝ 2020թ․ հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դիմեց բոլոր հայ տղամարդկանց, նրանց կոչ անելով զենք վերցնել եւ մեկնել Արցախ։ Առաջիններից մեկն այդ կոչին արձագանքեց նրա դասընկեր,նրա հարսանիքի քավոր, Փաշինյանի կողմից 2019թ․ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Իջեւան համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար նշանակված Հայկ Ղալումյանը , ով հետեւյալ կոչով դիմեց իր հայրենիցներին․ «Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության սրբազան առաքելության համար ստեղծվում է «Իջեւան» կամավորական ջոկատ: Հայրենիքի առջև իմ սուրբ պարտքը կատարելու համար առաջինն եմ կամավորագրվում այս ջոկատին:

Կոչ անում բոլորիդ` համախմբվել և միասին կերտել մեր նորօրյա հաղթանակը: Վստահ եղեք, որ մենք առաջնագիծ ենք մեկնում մեր վերջնական ու անշրջելի հաղթանակն ամրագրելու համար»: Այդ ջոկատը մի քանի օր Տավուշի մարզում վարժանքների մասնակցելուց հետո Արցախ չմեկնեց, նաեւ չմեկնեց Տավուշի սահմանագոտին պաշտպանելու։ Այդ կապակցությամբ տեղեկատվական հարցում եմ ուղարկել 2021թ․ ապրիլի 8-ին Տավուշի մարզպետ նշանակված Հայկ Ղալումյյանին, նրան ուղղելով հետեւյալ հարցերը․ ««Իջեւան» կամավորական ջոկատը մեկնե՞լ է Արցախ, եթե՝ ոչ, Տավուշի սահմա՞նն է պաշտպանել,եթե այո,ապա մարզի ո՞ր տարածաշրջանի առաջնագիծն է պաշտպանել, ո՞ր ժամկետում, քանի՞ օր։

2․ Ճի՞շտ են տեղեկությունները, որ այդ ջոկատի անդամները ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից 3 ամսվա՝ (2020թ․ հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր) համար աշխատավարձ են ստացել, մեկ ամսվանը՝ ամբողջությամբ, երկու ամսվա համար՝ ոչ ամբողջությամբ: Ինչքա՞ն է կազմել ձեր ստացած աշխատավարձը ընդհանուր 3 ամսվա համար»։ Հ․ Ղալումյանի պատասխանում նշված է․ « Ի պատասխան Ձեր 03.08.2021թ. թիվ 261602 հարցման, հայտնում եմ, որ «Իջեւան» կամավորական ջոկատ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 22-ին սահմանների պաշտպանության համար կոչով դիմել եմ բնակչությանը: Կամավորական սկզբունքով կազմավորվել է ջոկատ, որը հանդերձավորվել, սպառազինվել եւ անցել է նախապատրաստական վարժանքներ X զորամասում: Կամավորական ջոկատի կիրառման բոլոր հարցերը կոորդինացվել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության համապատասխան ծառայությունների կողմից:

Ծառայության համար իմ կողմից ստացված ամբողջ գումարը փոխանցվել է «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամին: Հիմք ընդունելով «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերը, տեղեկատվություն չի տրամադրվում ջոկատի ռազմական գործողություններին մասնակցելու եւ ստացված աշխատավարձի չափի մասին»:
