«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է` ՄԱԿ, ԵԱՀԿ և միջազգային այլ կառույցների հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչությունները ներքին հրահանգ ունեն Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանով Թբիլիսի մեկնելիս երթևեկել ոչ թե միջպետական՝ Երևան–Սևան–Դիլիջան–Իջևան–Նոյեմբերյան ավտոմայրուղիով, այլ Երևան–Ապարան–Սպիտակ–Վանաձոր–Ալավերդի–Նոյեմբերյան ճանապարհով:
Միջազգային կառույցների` դեպի Հայաստանի հյուսիսային դարպաս համարվող Նոյեմբերյան տանող երթուղու նման ընտրությունն իրականում պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ երկրորդ ճանապարհը, ըստ նրանց, ավելի անվտանգ է: Սրանով փաստորեն թե՛ ՄԱԿ–ը, թե՛ ԵԱՀԿ–ն, և թե՛ մնացած միջազգային կառույցներն արձանագրում են, որ իրականում Ադրբեջանն ագրեսոր երկիր է և ցանկացած պահի կարող է թիրախավորել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի միջպետական մայրուղիով երթևեկող հայաստանցիներին ու տարածքով անցնող մարդկանց, այլև միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, ովքեր, ի դեպ, ի տարբերություն սովորական քաղաքացիների, հիմնականում երթևեկում են տարբերանշաններ ունեցող ավտոմեքենաներով:
Փաստորեն, միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները, թեև խուսափում են Ադրբեջանին որպես ագրեսոր որակել և իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչել, բայց այս քայլով ապացուցում են, որ Ադրբեջանի ով լինելու մասին լավ գիտեն, իսկ իրենց անատամ հայտարարություններն ու Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ ցուցաբերվող կրավորական կեցվածքը լոկ ցուցադրական բնույթ ունեն:
Մնում է կոչ անել այս կառույցների ղեկավարներին, որ բացեն փակագծերը և դիվանագիտական ժպիտի տակ փաթեթավորած վախերի մասին ոչ թե լռեն, այլ ընդհակառակը` Ադրբեջանի ագրեսոր լինելու մասին բարձրաձայնեն միջազգային ատյաններում:
