ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Բիկանտովն օգոստոսի 5-ին կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ անդրադարձել է ադրբեջանական կողմի խոչընդոտող գործողություններին հայ ուխտավորների՝ Արցախի վանական համալիրներ այցելությունների ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև պատասխանել Բաքվում հայ գերիներին անօրինաբար դատելու մասին հարցին:

«Մենք միշտ հատուկ ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և հարակից շրջանների պատմամշակութային ժառանգության հարցերին, քանի որ վստահ ենք, որ դա կարևոր հումանիտար հարց է, որը մենք կանոնավոր կերպով բարձրաձայնում ենք և՛ Բաքվի, և՛ Երևանի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչների հետ շփումներում»,- ասել է Բիկանտովը՝ հավելելով, որ ռուս խաղապահներն ուղեկցում են Դադիվանք, Ամարաս և Գանձասար վանական համալիրներ այցելելիս:

Վերջինս նշել է, որ ռուսական կողմն աջակցում է ՅՈւՆԵՍԿՕ-ի առաքելության գործունեության շուտափույթ կազմակերպմանը՝ տեղում իրավիճակին գնահատական տալու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ խնդիրը գտնվում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների տեսադաշտում:

Անդրադառալով Բաքվում հայ գերիների դատավարությանը՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, որ բազմիցս մեկնաբանել են այդ հարցը, և ռուսական կողմի դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել:

«Վերահսկողության տակ ենք պահում հարցը, շփումները շարունակվում են ինչպես նաև երկու երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարությունների գծով: Օգոստոսի 2-ին աշխատանքային հանդիպումներ են կայացել ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավար Ռուստամ Մուրադովի և ադրբեջանական կողմի ներկայացուցիչների հետ»,- հավելել է դիվանագետը:

Դիվանագետը խոսել է նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի երկայնքով ռուս սահմանապահների տեղակայման հարցի մասին՝ շեշտելով, որ այդ գործողության իրականացմանը «խոչընդոտող խնդիրներից է միջազգային իրավարար ձևակերպման դաշտի բացակայությունը, որն ընկած է կողմերի փոխադարձ վստահության բացակայության հիմքում»:
