Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը երկրորդ անգամ չընտրվեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ. վաղը տեղի կունենա 3-րդ քվեարկությունը (տեսանյութ)

Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը երկրորդ անգամ չընտրվեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ. «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը 3-րդ անգամ առաջադրեց նրա թեկնածությունը

Առաջարկում եմ՝ այս պահին առկախենք այդ հարցը, օրենքը մեզ այդ հնարավորությունը տալիս է, և անցնենք օրակարգային հաջորդ հարցին ու շարունակենք մեր քննարկումները։ Այս մասին ԱԺ նիստին հայտարարեց ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ԱԺ փոխնախագահի ընտրությանը, որի ընթացքում «Հայաստան» խմբակցության թեկնածու Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը չէր ստացել բավարար ձայներ։

«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Ռուստամյանը հայտարարեց, թե Կանոնակարգ օրենքի 137 հոդվածի 9-րդ մասը քանակ չի նախատեսում, թե քանի անգամ քվեարկությունից հետո կարելի է անցնել այլ հարցերի քննարկմանը։

«Մյուս կողմից կա կանոնակարգի մեկ այլ նորմ, որով ասվում է, որ մինչև հանձնաժողովների նախագահների ընտրության հարցի քննարկման ավարտը տեղի են ունենալու ամենօրյա նիստեր, 3-րդ կանոնը՝ հարցերի քննարկման սահմանված հերթականություն կա, սա այն դեպքն է, որ եթե մենք վճռականորեն տրամադրված ենք, որ այս հարցը լուծենք, հետո անցնենք, ճիշտ է, որ հիմա շարունակենք այդ հարցը։ Եթե չկա այդ վճռականությունը, վերահաստատում ենք մեր տեսակետը, մեզ մոտ թեկնածու չի փոխվել»,-ասաց նա։

Ալեն Սիմոնյանն արձագանքեց, թե հիմա կա պառլամենտական ճգնաժամ, որի լուծումը տեսնում է հաջորդ հարցի քննարկմանը անցնելը, որ բոլորս ժամանակ ունենան թեկուզ վաղը առավոտյան վերադառնալ այս հարցի քննարկմանը։

Արմեն Ռուսատմյանն արձագանքեց՝ եթե ուզում են՝ «գործն» առաջ գնա, իշխանությունը պետք է «քարը փեշից թափի» և քվեարկի Սաղաթելյանի օգտին։

«Դուք ունեք այդ ձայները, մեր ձայները սահմանափակ են, չեն կարող ավելանալ, կոչ անենք անվավեր չդարձնել քվեաթերթիկները՝ չխափանելով քվեարկությունը»։

Այսպիսով՝ հայտարարվեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահի 3-րդ ընտրությունը։ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը կրկին առաջադրեց Իշխան Սաղաթելյանի թեկնածությունը:

Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը երկրորդ անգամ չընտրվեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ։ ԱԺ հաշվիչ հանձնախմբի նախագահ Նարեկ Բաբայանը, ներկայացնելով քվեարկության արդյունքները, հայտարարեց․
