Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետն ասել է, որ Իրանը պետք է պատասխան տա Mercer Street լցանավի վրա հարձակման համար. Իրանի դեսպանը կանչվել է երկրի ԱԳՆ

Լոնդոնում Իրանի դեսպանը կանչվել է երկրի ԱԳՆ՝ կապված անցյալ շաբաթ Օմանի ծոցում անօդաչու սարքով նավի վրա հարձակման և դրա համար Թեհրանին ուղղված մեղադրանքների հետ, գրում է The Guardian-ը:

Ավելի վաղ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ԱԳՆ-ն և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը հայտարարել էին, որ իսրայելական Mercer Street լցանավի վրա հարձակման հետևում կանգնած է Իրանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ լցանավի իսրայելական Zodiac Maritime օպերատոր ընկերությունը հայտնել էր, որ Ճապոնիային պատկանող նավը ծովահենների հարձակմանն է ենթարկվել: Հաղոդվում էր, որ անձնակազմի երկու անդամ է զոհվել` Բրիտանիայի և Ռումինիայի քաղաքացիներ:

ԱԳՆ-ում դեսպան Մոհսեն Բահարվանդի հետ զրույցում շեշտվել է, որ Իրանը «պետք է անհապաղ դադարեցնի միջազգային խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը սպառնացող գործողությունները»: Նաև ասվել է, որ «նավերին պետք է թույլ տրվի ազատ նավարկություն կատարել՝  միջազգային իրավունքին համապատասխան»:

Մինչդեռ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնը, մեկնաբանելով միջադեպը, ասել է.«Կարծում եմ, որ Իրանը պետք է բախվի իր արածի հետևանքների հետ, ընդունի այն վերագրումը, որ արտաքին գործերի նախարարն արել է: Սա ակնհայտորեն անընդունելի և աղաղակող հարձակում էր առևտրային նավի վրա. մահացել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի քաղաքացի: Բացարձակապես կենսական նշանակություն ունի, որ Իրանը և յուրաքանչյուր այլ երկիր հարգեն աշխարհում նավագնացության ազատությունները, և Միացյալ Թագավորությունը կշարունակի պնդել դա»:

ԱՄՆ-ի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի մեղադրանքներն Արաբական ծովում իսրայելական Mercer Street լցանավի վրա հարձակման մեջ հակասական և անհիմն են, ասել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ ներկաայացուցիչ Սաիդ Խաթիբզադեն:

«Այդ մեղադրանքները բոլորավին անհիմն են: ԱՄՆ-ի և Բրիտանիայի այդ բոլոր հայտարարությունները հակասական արտահայտություններ են պարունակում: Նախ Իրանին մեղադրում են հարձակման համար` առանց որևէ փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելու, այնուհետև խոսում են այն մասին, որ դա հնարավոր էր»,- ասվում է ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի թելեգրամյան ալիքում հրապարակված հաղորդագրության մեջ:
