Մինչ ԱԺ–ն ընդունում է հայհոյանքը քրեականացնող նախագիծ և, երևի, շուտով կկազմի թույլատրելի հայհոյանքների կատալոգը, ԵԽ-ն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մասին հայտարարություն է ընդունում․ Ն․ Զոհրաբյան

ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում ասվում է․

Մինչ խորհրդարանը վերջին շնչում ընդունում է հայհոյանքը քրեականացնող օրենքի նախագիծ, որպեսզի նոր խորհրդարանի «սլենգը» շատ չտարբերվի օրիորդաց վարժարանի բարեկիրթ բառամթերքից, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի Հարավային Կովկասի հետ հարաբերությունների հարցերով պատվիրակության ղեկավար Մարիա Կալյուրանդը, Եվրախորհրդարանի Հայաստանի հարցով զեկուցող Անդրեյ Կովաչևը և Ադրբեջանի հարցով զեկուցող Զելյանա Զիվկոն ընդունել են համատեղ հայտարարություն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանային բախումների վերաբերյալ:

Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի մեր գործընկերները դատապարտում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական դիրքերի հրետակոծումը եւ մայիսի 12-ից Հայաստանի տարածք ադրբեջանական զորքերի ներթափանցումը։

«Մենք ցավում ենք հուլիսի 28-ին երեք հայ զինծառայողի մահվան համար ադրբեջանական զորքերի հետ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սահմանին բախումների ժամանակ՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ վաղ առավոտվանից, ինչպես տեղեկացվում է, հրետակոծվել են հայկական դիրքերը եւ մի քանի գյուղեր, եւ մեր խորին ցավակցությունն ենք հայտնում նրանց ընտանիքներին։

Ցավոք, սա ընդամենը վերջինն է միջադեպերի կամ սադրանքների շարքից վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում, ներառյալ միջպետական սահմանի խախտումները, որոնք սկսվել են մայիսի 12-ին Հայաստանի տարածք ադրբեջանական զորքերի ներթափանցմամբ։ Պակաս անհանգստացնող չէ վերջին օրերին Նախիջեւանի հետ սահմանին տեղի ունեցած փոխհրաձգությունը, երբ զոհվել է եւս մեկ հայ զինվոր։

Ցանկացած հնարավոր տարաձայնություն սահմանի վերաբերյալ պետք է լուծվի բանակցությունների ճանապարհով սահմանազատման եւ սահմանագծման գործընթացում, այլ ոչ թե ուժի եւ միակողմանի գործողությունների կիրառման ճանապարհով։

Բոլոր ուժերը պետք է հեռանան դեպի այն դիրքերը, որոնք զբաղեցված էին մինչեւ մայիսի 12-ը եւ Հրադադարի մասին եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթներին համապատասխան։ Իրավիճակի ապասրացման համար չափազանց կարեւոր է անհապաղ դադարեցնել սադրիչ հռետորաբանությունը։

Այս համատեքստում մենք դատապարտում ենք, մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների վերջին հայտարարությունները այսպես կոչված «Արեւմտյան Զանգեզուրի» վերաբերյալ, եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը որպես Ադրբեջանի «բուն հող» հիշատակումները։ Նման հայտարարությունները չափազանց անպատասխանատու են եւ սպառնում են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հետագա խափանմամբ»-ասված է եվրոպացի պատգամավորների հայտարարության մեջ։
