Մեկնարկել է Ադրբեջանից բռնագաղթած փախստականների բնակարաններով ապահովման երրորդ փուլը

Ադրբեջանից 1988-1992-ին բռնագաղթած փախստական 24 ընտանիքների հուլիսի 29-ին տրամադրվել են բնակարանի գնման վկայականներ, ինչով ազդարարվել է բնակարաններով ապահովման ծրագրի երրորդ փուլի մեկնարկը, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների  նախարարության միգրացիոն ծառայությունը։

Այս փուլի հավակնորդ շահառուները Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ժամանակավոր կացարաններում բնակվող փախստականներն են:Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ առաջին և երկրորդ փուլերով վկայականներ են հանձնվել Երևանի մյուս տասը վարչական շրջանների շահառուներին:

Միգրացիոն ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը հուլիսի 29-ին մոտ 337.5 մլն դրամի շրջանակում հանձնել է 17 մեկսենյականոց բնակարանի վկայական, 6 երկուսենյականոց և 1 երեքսենյականոց բնակարանի վկայական: Ծառայության պետը շնորհավորել է շահառուներին՝ ներկայացնելով գործընթացի փուլերը և հույս հայտնելով, որ հաջորդ տարի հնարավորություն կստեղծվի ծրագիրն իրականացնել նաև Հայաստանի մարզերում:

«Հույս ունեմ, որ այսպիսով ձեր բեռը որոշակիորեն թեթևացնում ենք՝ երեսուն տարի անց լուծում տալով բնակապահովման խնդրին»,- ասել է նա:
