Իրավապաշտպանը կատարել է գործողություններ՝ ուղղված հայ և եզդի ժողովուրդների միջև ազգային թշնամանք հարուցելուն․ ավարտվել է քրգործի նախաքննությունը․ ԱԱԾ

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում ավարտվել է զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներ օգտագործելով ազգային թշնամանք հարուցելուն ուղղված գործողություններ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը, տեղեկացնում է ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնը:ծ

Քրեական գործով կատարված համակողմանի և արդյունավետ քննության ընթացքում ձեռք է բերվել փոխկապակցված, հավաստի և բավարար ապացույցների համակցություն առ այն, որ ազգությամբ եզդի Ս.Ս-ն, հանդիսանալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գրանցված իրավապաշտպան հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ, հրապարակավ կատարել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրենց ուրույն ազգային ու էթնիկ ինքնությունն ունեցող, պատմականորեն ձևավորված խմբի՝ ազգային փոքրամասնություն հանդիսացող եզդիների և նրանց հետ ավանդաբար բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող հայերի միջև ազգային թշնամանք հարուցելուն ուղղված գործողություններ:

Մասնավորապես՝ վերջինս տեղեկացված և համոզված լինելով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը՝ ի դեմս պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, ապահովում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ, միջազգային պայմանագրերով և դրանցից բխող իրավական մյուս ակտերի ուժով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում բնակվող ազգային փոքրամասնությունների, այդ թվում՝ եզդիների ազգային և էթնիկ ինքնության, իրենց ավանդույթների, կրոնի, լեզվի և մշակույթի պահպանման ու զարգացման իրավունքը՝ նպատակ է ունեցել տարածել այնպիսի հայացքներ ու գաղափարներ, որոնք հանրության շրջանում կստեղծեն հայերի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բացասական կերպար, կխարխլեն վստահությունն ու հարգանքը, փոխադարձ անվստահություն, ատելություն և արհամարհանք կսերմանեն հայերի ու եզդիների միջև:

Այդ ամենով հանդերձ, հիշյալ անձը, 2020 թվականի մայիսին Իրաքի Հանրապետությունում գործող «yezidinews.com» լրատվության միջոցն օգտագործելով, այդ կայքին տված հարցազրույցում իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ է հայտնել: Ըստ այդ տեղեկությունների՝ տվյալ իրավապաշտպանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը օտարերկրյա լրատվական ծառայության միջոցով ներկայացրել է որպես քաղաքական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական, մշակութային և հանրային կյանքի այլ բնագավառներում ազգային խտրականություն դրսևորող պետություն, որն իբր արտահայտվել է հայերի կողմից եզդիների իրավունքների և ազատությունների՝ ազգությամբ պայմանավորված ոտնահարմամբ, եզդիների կրոնը հրապարակավ կամ մասնավոր կարգով դավանելու կամ այլ ձևով արտահայտելու իրավունքի խախտմամբ, եզդիների կյանքի, սեփականության, նրանց կողմից իրենց ինքնությունն ու ավանդույթները պահպանելու, կրթության, լեզուն գործածելու ազատության իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումներով և սահմանափակումներով: Ըստ այդմ՝ իրավապաշտպանը, լրատվության միջոցն օգտագործելով, կատարել է  գործողություններ՝ ուղղված հայ և եզդի ժողովուրդների միջև ազգային թշնամանք հարուցելուն:

2021 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ այն հաստատելու և, ըստ էության, քննության համար դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
