Արցախում մեծ թվով մարդիկ չեն ցանկանում աշխատել, քանի որ ստանում են լավ գումարներ․ Վահան Քերոբյանը՝ աջակցության ծրագրերի մասին

Կարծում եմ, որ այն սոցիալական օգնությունը որ տալիս ենք, որ մարդիկ ապրեն Արցախում և չհեռանան, պետք է փոխարինենք զարգացման ծրագրերով․ այս մասին Տելեգրամի օգտատերերի հարցերին պատասխանելու ընթացքում ասել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վահան Քերոբյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Արցախում իր գործընկերների հետ։

«Իմ գործընկերներն ասում են, որ այդ սոցիալական աջակցության պատճառով մարդիկ մոտիվացված չեն լինում աշխատելու այն տեղերում, որոնք թափուր են հիմա, դրանք գյուղատնտեսության ու շինարարության ոլորտներն են, նաև բանակը, սակայն այստեղ վիճակը համեմատած նորմալ է։  Շինարարության ու գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտներում կան շատ աշխատատեղեր, և չկան մարդիկ, որ ուզում են աշխատել։ Շատ մարդիկ Արցախում, իսկ  Ստեփանակերտն այժմ ունի ավելի մեծ թվով բնակչություն, քան երբևէ, չեն ուզում աշխատել, քանի որ առանց այդ էլ լավ գումար են ստանում այնտեղ գտնվելու համար։

Այժմ մեր խնդիրն է փոխել այդ վերաբերմունքը, որ մարդիկ սկսեն աշխատել»,-ասել է նա։

Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը խոսել է փոքր բիզնեսը ֆինանսավորելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ փոքր բիզնեսում ֆինանսավորումը խնդիր է ոչ միայն Արցախում, այլև Հայաստանում։
