Փաստաբանների ծեծկռտուքի արդյունքում Արսեն Հարությունյանն ստացել է միջին ծանրության վնաս

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու ապրիլի 27-ին փաստաբանների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի իրական հանգամանքները. հարուցված 2 քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում:

Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայության տեղեկացմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ստացվել է հարուցված երկու քրեական գործ՝ փաստաբան Տ.Աթանեսյանի աշխատասենյակում Տ.Աթանեսյանին, Ա.Սողոմոնյանին, ինչպես նաև Ս.Բաբայանին, Վ.Խաչիկյանին և Ա.Հարությունյանին ծեծելու դեպքերի առթիվ։

Նշված անձինք ճանաչվել են որպես տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Նկատի ունենալով, որ քրեական գործերով բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Տ.Աթանեսյանի, Ա.Սողոմոնյանի, Ս.Բաբայանի, Վ.Խաչիկյանի և Ա.Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ բռնությունները գործադրվել են նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով հարուցված 2 քրեական գործերը մեկ վարույթում միացնելու մասին։

Տուժողներին պատճառված վնասվածքների բնույթն ու ծանրության աստիճանը պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացություններն ստացվել են:

Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործի նկատմամբ ԶԼՄ-ների հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ըստ փորձագետների՝ տուժողներից երկուսին պատճառված վնասվածքներն առողջությանը թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չեն պարունակում, մեկի առողջությանը պատճառվել է թեթև, մյուսին՝ միջին ծանրության վնաս։

Այսպես՝ Ա.Սողոմոնյանին մարմնական վնասվածքներ են պատճառվել՝ ճակատի միջին մասի, աջ դաստակի երրորդ մատի շրջանի սալջարդ վերքերի, ձախ աչքի վերին կոպի արյունազեղման և ձախ աչքի ստորին կոպի արյունահավաքի ձևով, որոնց հետևանքով, ըստ փորձագետի եզրակացության, առողջությանը պատճառվել է թեթև վնաս՝ առողջության կարճատև քայքայումով։ Վ.Խաչիկյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել փոշտի շրջանի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդի, իսկ Ս.Բաբայանը՝ ձախ այտոսկրի շրջանի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդի ձևով, որոնք առողջությանը թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չեն պարունակում:

Ա.Հարությունյանը, ըստ փորձագիտական եզրակացության, մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել` ձախ աչքի ստորին կոպի շրջանի արյունազեղման, աջից ստորին ծնոտի գլխիկի ներհոդային աննշան տեղաշարժով կոտրվածքի ձևով, որով նրա առողջությանը պատճառվել է միջին ծանրության վնաս` առողջության տևական քայքայումով:

Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը կտեղեկացնի լրացուցիչ։
