Վերջին 100 տարում Հայաստանը՝ օտար շահերի առջև այսպես կռացած, ու օտարին այսքան ծառայեցված երբեք չի եղել․ Արտակ Զաքարյան

Պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար, ՀՀԿ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը գրում է․ «Թուրքերն ամեն բան հաշվարկել ու ծրագրել են այնպես, որ Հայաստանը կրկին մնա միայնակ։

2020թ. սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսների 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակահատվածը ընտրվեց նաև այն պատճառով, որ ԱՄՆ-ում ընթանում էին նախագահական ընտրություններ, և Թրամփի վարչակազմը փաստացի չկարողացավ (կամ չցանկացավ) զսպել ՆԱՏՕ-ում իր դաշնակից Թուրքիայի բացահայտ մասնակցությունը։

Արևմուտքը  գործնականում նույնիսկ չփորձեց կանխել (կամ չկարողացավ) Թուրքիայից՝ սիրիացի ծայրահեղական ջիհադիստների մասնակցությունը հայերի դեմ պատերազմում։ Ֆրանսիան, ԵՄ-ն մի շարք երկրներ ձևական հայտարարություններ տարածեցին և վերջ։։

Փաստ է, որ 2016թ. ապրիլյան պատերազից հետո, առանց Թուրքիայի՝ Ադրբեջանը կամ չէր սկսի, կամ էլ կձախողեր նոր պատերազմը։ ՌԴ-ն չկարողացավ զսպել Թուրքիային՝ Արցախին արտաքին ագրեսիայից պաշտպանելու իրավա-քաղաքական գործիքակազմի բացակայության պատճառով։ Իսկ վճռական պահին, ակնհայտ սխալ (կամ դավաճանական) ռազմա-քաղաքական հաշվարկներ արեցին Հայաստանի կապիտուլյանտները՝ հրաժարվելով  պատերազմը հոկտեմբեր ամսին կանգնեցնելու  Կրեմլի միջնորդական առաջակությունից։ 

2021թ. օգոստոս-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին էլ Ռուսաստանն է մտնելու համապետական ընտրությունների փուլ և Աստված գիտե, թե ինչե՞ր կարող են տեղի ունենալ այդ ընթացքում։ Կախված իրադարձությունների զարգացումից, Ռուսաստանը կարող է որոշ ժամանակ զբաղված լինել իր ներքին խնդիրներով։ Այդ ընթացքում Արևմուտքը կկարողանա՞ (կամ կցանկանա՞) արդյոք կանխել Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքների նկատմամբ թուրք-ադրբեջանական նոր ռազմական ագրեսիան։ Թե՞ Հայաստանում հակառուսականության նոր ալիք բարձրացնելու հաշվարկով, կրկին միայնակ կթողնի Հայաստանին՝ մեղքը ռուսների վրա գցելու հաշվարկով։
