Պատգամավորության թեկնածուի և ևս երկու անձի կողմից ընտրակաշառք տալու փաստով քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է. ՀՔԾ

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչներ Հ.Է.-ն, Մ.Ու.-ն և Գ.Ա.-ն խմբով, նախնական համաձայնությամբ նույն վարչական շրջանի ընտրողներին առաջարկել և խոստացել են 20 000-ական ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք` ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու և «Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար:

Հիշյալ դաշինքի կողմից ներկայացված պատգամավորության թեկնածուների ցուցակում ընդգրկված Հ. Է.-ն դաշինքի օգտին քվեներ ապահովելու համար ընտրողներին կաշառք առաջարկելու և խոստանալու հարցում նախնական համաձայնության է եկել Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչներ Գ.Ա.-ի և Մ.Ու.-ի հետ։ Մասնավորապես, Հ.Է.-ն Մ.Ու.-ի հետ խոսակցությունների ընթացքում վերջինիս առաջարկել է գումարի դիմաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի օգտին քվեարկող հնարավորինս մեծ թվով ընտրողների հավաքագրել` նշելով, որ պայմանները հանդիպման ընթացքում կհստակեցնի իր հետ համագործակցող Գ.Ա.-ն: Վերջինս 2021 թվականի հունիսի 14-ին Մ. Ու.-ի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում հայտնել է, որ դաշինքի օգտին յուրաքանչյուր քվեի դիմաց առաջարկվում է 20 000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:

Մ.Ու.-ն,  ընդունելով Հ.Է.-ի և Գ.Ա.-ի առաջարկը, նույն օրն այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում բնակվող իր ծանոթներին` վերջիններիս խոստանալով 20 000-ական ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք` «Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի օգտին քվեարկելու դիմաց։

Խմբի կազմում նախնական համաձայնությամբ երկու և ավելի անձանց կաշառք տալու` առաջարկելու և խոստանալու համար Գ.Ա.-ին և Մ.Ու.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Նախաքննության ընթացքում Մ. Ու.-ն լիովին ընդունել է իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:

«Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի պատգամավորության թեկնածու Հ.Է.-ն նույնպես որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով: Նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում և որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
